If I could rate this place a 0 star I hope you never have to deal with Maria White the rural delivery person good luck, DONT EVER USE USPS especially not sure post they wont figure out how to deliver it. I dont understand how hard this job can be the address is on the outside of the package and there is this thing called a GPS to tell you your location to deliver your mail to the home. Also i have called this local USPS store for 4 days straight with information like let me get in touch with the carrier and get back to you. NOT ONE PHONE CALL BACK YET. I give them a few days and then call back and Maria White says first time she has heard of this matter, all in all this may be me venting but at the end of the day spend the extra money and go through UPS or another carrier. The united states post office is a joke and have some incompetent individuals working there.

Always terrible. Most packages I receive are labeled online as delivered but do not get delivered on that date. They will say "left at mailbox" but are not at my mailbox. More than a few times they are at my neighbors houses. When you call them to ask, they lie to you over the phone and say its at the front door. I say no it isnt and they quickly come back with I meant the back door. When I tell them Im home, they want to "Call me back". Ive been home and saw my package in the carriers hand while I was bringing in groceries. I know it was mine because it was huge and clearly marked with no exterior box. The carrier took the package to the back of her vehicle and walked past me to put a note on the door saying she tried. When I asked her she said she needed to see my ID even though I was the only house there and she watched me come out of the door cause she waved.

The lady doing the passports has some serious issues. Im still in shock about our interaction. She was rude and irrational and actually scared me a bit. She acted childish and in a aggressive manner. If youve ever seen the movie Anger Management is was like that scene on the plane where everyone around Adam Sandler is freaking out and hes calm but they act like he isnt. Like something out of a comedy skit. She even threatened to call other post offices so that I wouldnt be able to go somewhere else for my passport ( in a heinously rude manner). I recommend going to the Fruitland post office if you need passports done. I went to them (guess her threat was empty?) and they were kind and sane and helped right away with no fuss. (Im a white female.)

EXTREMELY RUDE customer service. Just called to ask them if they had my package yet so I could come pick it up before they closed. First words out of his mouth were "What makes you think its here?" Maybe because your the ones who deliver my mail? I told him because it left Lithicum Heights at 5am, its only a 2 hour drive away and its now 4pm. He told me its in Easton and hung up on me without asking me for the tracking info, address, nothing. If I could choose my post office it certainly wouldnt be them. Havent been treated that rudely in a while.

the help provided by DEBBIE is very much appreciated ... I was bad with numerical data and when the package did not arrived on the expected date ... I called the Iselin post office > I WAS TOLD IT WAS COMING BACK TO ME BCAUSE OF THE WRONG address ..> Debbie track it by the tracking number and had it delivered . ...Not only she did the job well, she was very pleasant ....life is nicer when you have a chance to encounter a good person ... thank you DEBBIE God Bless

I have been doing business at USPS on rt 50 and downtown Salisbury for over 30 years. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Lines may be long at times but move quickly. Services reasonably priced for what you get. Word of warning--Never trust ebay shipping calculator. Unless you are using USPS standard boxes, always bring your items to USPS to get weighed PRIOR to putting them up for auction. Not the fault of USPS

The passport woman needs additional training. Rude, disorganized condescending, scattered and poor knowledge of her job. I came in to apply for new passport as I lost my old one. She lectured me and asked that I not lose this new one. I am a frequent traveler in my 50"s!!!! How insulting and unprofessional. I will never use this post office for passport services again.

Phoned the P.O. on Black Friday. Believe me I was surprised to get a person on the phone (Janice) and not a machine. Very pleasant and helpful. Package was undeliverable because of the apartment letter not on the package. Here visiting my daughter. Package will be delivered on tomorrow. Great job Janice and the USPS.

If my normal mail lady is delivering I might get it..but when someone else delivers it..forget it..it says left or in mailbox..but not mine..and they can never find it..i just dont understand my house number is right on the house and my mailbox....

Not sure what is going on but I have been at the same residence for over 10 yrs now all of a sudden for the last month i havent received not even a sales paper and I have been waiting for my new debit card that has been mailed out.

My mailman shoved my box (that was too big) into my mail box and now I cant even get it out because it was (surprise) too big to fit in the first place. Tried calling the office during their hours and my phone just kept ringing.

I brought my husband a gift and somehow they lost my package it was suppose to have been here so the post office has to call Salisbury MD post office to figure out what happens Im so upset about that...

Been calling for 45 minutes - 7 times - no one has picked up. Oops wait, now, 8 times. Of course the only person to pickup in the entire USPS system is Howard on College, that guy is amazing.
