TERRIBLE! I went online and asked that my mail be held with their online tool. I asked for a 30 day hold. When I went in a week later to retrieve what was there they had no idea Id wanted my mail held. They lost a weeks worth of mail by either delivering it to the new folks at the address (we were in a layover at a relatives while waiting for our new house to be ready) or the mail was sent back. I asked again that it be held and 10 days later I got a letter and 3 magazines when I checked in. I asked that they continue to hold it for the rest of the 30 days at that time. Today, near the end of the 30 days, I called telling them Id be picking it up on Thursday and asked if my change of address had "taken". They had NO mail for us! On a 30 day hold they kept 3 magazines and a credit card offer, but nothing after that! They said that all mail was either delivered to the new people there or sent back, no apologies at all. THEN they told me that changing our address online would take 7-10 days to "take". Therefore, we are out 40 days of mail! 40 days!!!!!, except the 3 magazines and credit card spam, of course. Worst mail service I have ever encountered!

The most miserable checkout people in the world. If this was a regular business they would have gone out of business years ago.

I hope this is one of the branches that gets closed, they are miserable and moody.
