I had to wait for around 20-30 minutes until I was called. They didnt even inform the customers on how long it would take. We called before hand and they told us to just come in when there was multiple people coming in with appointments. The lady doing my hair over shampooed my hair and kept leaving to take calls. Thank god it was only a trim because she wasnt paying that much attention to my hair. When I got home, it was like they didnt even use a drap over me cus I was covered in hair so I had to take a shower AGAIN! I go to Image Creators and although they are a bit pricy, Id rather get good quality for more money than what I experienced at Hair Cuttery.

This salon is VERY busy and that bespeaks the quality of the stylists. However, I always make an appointment because of the above statement. That way you are not at the mercy of a wait. However it is worth it for the expertise and the price. You wont be very happy if you think you will not have to wait if you did not make an appointment. If it was that slow I would be afraid to patronize the salon .

Terrible service. Its like these women dont even want ur tips. Why do they cut hair for a living if they never actually want to cut hair? U walk in and they all scurry away and hide in the back. Im sitting in the waiting area right now for the past 15 min, watching 3 of them sitting in the back socializing. They see me and two other people waiting. They dont seem to care at all. Avoid this place.

I agree with the waiting. It is a busy place and you end up getting a decent hair cut (mens). BUT the assistants that tell you the waiting times forget about the appointments coming in that take priority over walk-ins. Its the hair cuttery, they are open until 9 or so.....go later, at non-peak times or make an appointment.

as long as you have an appointment, its a great place to go, especially for the price. Lisa, the manager, has been cutting my hair for years and i have never had a bad cut. welcoming atmosphere, but planning on a walk-in appointment will involve a lot of wait time.

My husband went to get a regular fade yesterday & the woman completely butchered his hair. So now he is bald because he had to shave all his hair off. Never going back there again. Waste of money and now my husbands head will be cold for work . Typical.

I went there today at 4:30 and was told half hour wait, then I came back at 5pm and waited until 5:30 and was told still had one in front of me! They totally were wrong on their estimates! What a waste of my time!

There is constantly a line here. The prices are good, but the service is horrid. They arent even that great. Last time Im going there.
