WELL... to start off, when I walked in the door, 1) NO ONE acknowledged my presence at all... until 15 minutes after the fact. 2) When I was finally signed in, I was told I only had to wait 10-15 minutes for my haircut, but ended up waiting an hour and a half. 3) I finally got to walk back to get my hair shampooed (usually my favorite part), the lady who did my hair treated my head like a dead rat. I told her to be cautious around my cartilage ear piercing, but she ended up like scrapping up against my ear several times (WHICH HURT REALLY BADLY I MIGHT ADD). 4) Finally got up to get my hair cut, but had to dodge several children who were running around (Im guessing the employees children?) on my way to the chair. 5) The floor around my chair was covered in hair. WOW. Got my hair cut, paid, and just walked away, NEVER to return again. The most unprofessional salon Ive ever been to. I went here to save some money, but now I feel like I should definitely go somewhere else because... honestly? Spending more would be worth it. At least I might be treated like a person.

Everyone at the Millersville/Veterans Hwy is pleasant and ready to service clients. It is a friendly happy atmosphere. It is not by appointment, so one should readily accept that sometimes there will be some wait times, especially if you want a specific beautician. Desiree has done an excellent job of cutting my hair and advising me on coloring the gray. I have been thrilled with the results and enjoy my visits there. I much prefer it to the location in Cromwell Shopping Center.

Greeted me promptly when I came in, told me wait was 40min - 1 hour. Wait was indeed 1 hour. Listened to me ramble on about how I wanted my hair cut and then did it. It was great for a chain cutting place; people need to have appropriate expectations. Bring a picture if you have something specific you want. If you want to get pampered, spend 3x as much and go to a salon.

AMBER DOES FEATHER EXTENSIONS, amber is the one to see, she is amazing, she is nice as can be, and gave me excatly what I wanted. She does advanced appointments which is great for my busy day. She did a wonderful job on my hair a fanstasic job on my wifes color and even offers these feather extensions which my daugthers love and I got to admit they look cool

Heather at the haircuttery does a great job. Amber and Anna do a great job as well but Haircuttery does not allow advance or even same day appointments over the phone anymore. This means you have to go sign in to get an appointment and hope they arent busy if you would like to get someone by name....... :/

I have been there three different times. First for trim. Others were for highlights and color touch up. Great service. They can be very busy at times. Customer service was great. Very personable. I will go there again.
