Ive used this salon before and the woman that did my hair did a good job, but she was no longer working there so I decided to just try someone new. I figured that with the amount of money they charge that anyone working there should have enough experience to cut/color/highlight my hair without much trouble...big mistake. I am a natural brunette but wanted to go lighter for the summertime. I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted. (light brown w/ blond highlights) I ended up with a scalp that was burning to the point I had to call the salon back to find a fix (I have a high pain tolerance so very unusual for me). I also ended up with hair that was every bit the color of an umpa lumpas skin. I went back in (shaking the whole way, both due to rage and scared that I may end up leaving with no hair next time) and thankfully they were able to take me back to my natural color without too much more damage to my hair. $200.00 later I am back to my original hair color, with frizzier hair, brown color covering much of my hairline and scalp, and a scalp that is covered with flaky dry spots that will likely make me look like I have dandruff for the next few days. I left with not so much as a Im sorry for the damage we caused to your hair and an evil look from the Asst. Manager. Needless to say I will never again return to this business and I would encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

I have never been to Bubbles before but I thought this was a professionial salon with professional workers that always satisfies the client. I went in and asked for a slight angled bob. After I showed her pictures I thought we were pretty clear on what I wanted. This was a huge deal for me because I was about to cut off 11 inches of my hair. When the girl (Ashley to be specific) was done, I saw no angle. She cut my bangs to frame my face but that is not what I wanted, I wanted longer pieces in the front and shorter in the back...a slight angled bob. Nothing too drastic, but she took slight to the next level and left me with no angle although she reassured me many times that there was. Im not a confrontational person so I did not make a scene. What made me really upset was that I asked her if she could just cut a little more in the back so I can see more of an angle but she told me she didnt have time because of another appointment coming in and that I have to make another appointment later to fix it. Im sorry, but if I am paying you 40 dollars (including tip) to get my hair cut, especially when I am cutting off 11 inches, I want it to be exactly what I asked for. Very unprofessional and I was very displeased with the lack of professionalism this worker had. It was as if what I was saying was just going in one ear and out the other. Never going back.

I went into bubbles yesterday, for a hair cut I usually get. I dont usually go to bubbles but my normal stylist was not available and I needed a cut. I told the stylist, near my collar bone, a normal cut, and my hair was just above my breast. He cut it MUCH shorter than I wished for and even cut the underneath shorter than the rest of my hair (I asked for all the same length) my hair is now above my shoulders, (so much shorter than I had ever wanted) and there is nothing I can do about it. It looks horrific and not my style at all. I should have never trusted bubbles with my hair or this stylist to be specific. An awful job done, and it cant be fixed except with time. Would not recommend

The worst experience ever. The stylist Kimmy was very unprofessional.Kimmy was very unwelcoming , never called my little girl by her name and never tried to make any conversation whatsoever. Than she made by daughters hair wet and tried to brush them by almost pulling the hair out of its roots. At the end she asked if I want it styled and washed . Why would not she do the wash in the begging?!?! When finally my patience came to a stop and I complained she left my daughter in the chair and walked away!!!!! What a great customer service. I would never bring my girl to the Bubbles.

Ive been to Bubbles several times in the last three years and my experience has been good. Hairdressers are hit or miss where ever you go. Start with a simple cut and feel the person out. I highly recommend Stephanie. She is fantastic!

This salon has progressively been going downhill. Had the worst haircut of my life a couple of months ago and recently, highlights which cannot be seen. I will NEVER darken their door again!
