Walked in, employees had a bla attitude, asked how long the wait, said 30 minutes, went for a walk in the Harford Mall to pass the time, returned in 25 minutes to be sure and waited another 30 minutes, wife approached the desk again to ask how much longer, was ignored, finally a girl came over and pointed out that as soon as another employee, a specific one she pointed to, was done we were next, waited another 15 minutes and left. The girl that was supposed to be cutting my kids hair was just playing with her friends hair the whole time. Just combing it, never looked up and never finished playing with her friend. We left in disgust. Its bad enough the Harford Mall is trashy and run down but then again, I wonder why. In a mall that really doesnt get much clientele you really should treat what clients you do get like gold. I work for a security company and I manage 20 techs and I can tell you this, if we receive a call that one of our customers needs our help, we are there in less than an hour and that includes drive time. Horrible service Hair Cuttery, I felt like you wanted us to leave!!!!! Lost forever, #goodbyeharfordmall

I usually go here to get my hair trimmed. Fine, its not perfect and its inexpensive. Then I made a HUGE mistake today to try and get my hair colored here. I wanted blonde. I was there for 5 hours because she took so long. I tried to play it off after I saw what it looked like but I was in tears the whole way home. I asked and made it so clear I wanted a soft blonde. I wanted it subtle and not the Christina Aguilera look. Let me tell you that there is WHITE throughout my hair. I look like Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. Theres also large portions of my hair where the color doesnt touch the base of the hair. Easily, 3/4 of an inch is not the white I now have to fix. On top of all this I have prom in 7 days. Would NOT reccomend. I wasted $135.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. Im super picky, but I know what I want. I told the lady how picky I was and what I wanted, and before I finished explaining, she had gone off to do her own thing. I told her how I hated my eyebrows, and she said "Oh I know honey, you dont want thin eyebrows" and what did I come out with... THE THINNEST EYEBROWS EVER! I even told her it was for my birthday. So now I am going to look like an idiot on my birthday because she doesnt listen. The manager gave my money back and was very nice, all of the other ladies were nice too, but nice doesnt make up for the fact that I have no eyebrows and my birthday is in a few days!! By the way, her name was MARY!

do not go here, i walked in, wanted to get a haircut, naturally, and so this one girl was there and she was eating, so she was i guess not happy she had to do her job. anyway, i told her what i wanted, and she started cutting my hair, and ended up doin nothing what i had told her. i couldnt stop her cause she had already butchered my hair

Horrible experience. The manager kye is the worst manager ever. The whole time i was getting my hair done he was referring to his stylists as "hookers" which he seemed to think was funny. When i left my head looked like an easter egg instead of the pretty burgandy that i wanted

Walked in and was seen right away. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and I was given that. She didnt try to convince me to do anything differently or get scissor crazy. Great friendly conversation that made the time pass quickly. I would go back again in a heart beat.

I hesitate even giving them a single star. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I sure wish I had read the other reviews before going here. Completely incompetent and insulting trying to blame my head/my hair texture as the problem, when the truth is they dont know what they are doing!!!

Walked in at 7:45 pm not the best time to go get a hair cut but i work all day. So asked the wait time they said 20mins tops 30. So i set the appt. Come back at 815 and waited till 845. Soi left worst service ever. Would not go there
