Dont get your eyebrows done here. I dont know how good their people are with hair or dying it, but all i know is that they horribly messed up my eye brows, asked for a trim and got a masacure, one is way smaller then the other and one is missing hair in the middle and they are so thin that its just a little line, and they have one big spot of hair by where they are closest to each other. I didnt want to pay but my grandmother is so nice that she insisted and when I complained the lady said that its my natural eye brows and making me feel like it was my fault, never will I ever go back there even if they paid me, I am so embarred now by my eyebrows that it ruined my good day and I didnt get to finish what I was going to do that day so people wont see them. Im either going to have to wear big glasses or a head band to cover them up. I just wish it wasnt on such bad timing beacuse now I have to go to important family things and I got ducked up eyebrows. Thanks alot!!!!

It was decent the first time i came here but not the last 5 times. I dont know why i keep coming here. Cannot follow simple instructions on cutting hair. Cut parts i never asked to be cut like shaving my whole side burn off. Its easier to list them what you dont want and go from there. Expensive for no reason. I click the shampoo and cut option everytime and i dont even get the wash after the bad haircut, they just rush me off and they arent even busy. Has facial attitudes when i tell them my cut is uneven. I wouldnt mind the attitude if they gave me the hair cut even close to my first session. I come home from military leave and come here because its really close but never again.

This was my worst haircutting experience ever. My hair was long (to my butt) but very straight across. I asked for some long layers but no more than one inch cut off at the longest point. The girl (robin) had no idea what she was doing and ended up cutting around 5 inches off , entirely straight across, looking worse than ever before. I came back the next day to NO consolation, appologies, or refund. I also had to wait over 40 minutes for the manager to come in, as she was 40 minutes late coming into work. I have called corporate and I am trying to get my refund, but regardless my long beautiful hair is completely ruined. F%*! you robin!

I brought my girls in for their 1st haircut. From the time we walked in to the time we left we had great service. The place was a bit slow, so perfect for us. We did not have to wait at all. Joyce washed and cut my girls hair. She was very pleasant and patient when my girls kept wanting to get in the way and see the other getting their haircut. I would recommend this salon.

I had my hair styled out of town and when I came back home, needed a trim months later plus I wanted some input to keep it mod and interesting. Daniel did a great scissor cut, improved the style, kept it feminine, offered some great suggestions, and my overall experience was wonderful.

I got Jessica who is young but was patient, took her time and did a great job. Im happy with my haircut. Actually will get it cut on a regular basis since it looks great instead of choppy.
