I first want to start this short note by saying that the customer service that i received from the salon owner was above and beyond wonderful. She left the salon open late for me on a weekend and took time out of her day to try and correct an extreme injustice that was done to my hair by an uncaring stylist at that salon. I wish i could end this note there but after dealing with my hair for about a week, it makes me livid every time i look in the mirror and see my EXTREMELY damaged bangs, which were over processed and have turned them into straw, basically. On the first go around with my stylist, Molly, i thought that we were both on the same page of what i was looking for, but she totally missed the mark and seemed very "whatever" and uncaring about the issue. While i can conceded that you cant always get it right, i gave her another chance to correct my hair the following day. But when i got to the salon she didnt ask me what i didnt like about it or what i wanted corrected. She just sat me in the chair and went to the back to mix something up (still have no idea what she really put on my hair) when she still didnt tell me what she was going to do, i stopped her and asked what she was doing and she kinda gave me a brief version on what she was going to do to my hair. I decided to just go with it and hope for the best, as she has been a good stylist to me in the past. After she blew dry my hair i burst into tears because it was even worse. She also WAY WAY WAY over processed my hair and ruined it. She was very unsympathetic to the issue and just kinda pushed me aside and gave up on correcting her mistakes. One of the salon owners did finally step in and try and correct the issue and while my color is "better" than what it was before it still isnt what i asked for. While i do greatly appreciate the salon trying to correct the issue by recoloring it, it still really upsets me that i paid $160 for color that i didnt want and for my hair to be extremely damaged. Im not really sure what the solution to this problem is...i just know that i am absolutely embarrassed to walk around in my current hair color state.

Susan did a fantastic job with my bridal hair style (plus gave me some help with make-up)! I did a trial style and Susan suggested extensions for the look I wanted to achieve, she even met with again once I got extensions to do another trial (beyond my original bridal package). We were able to get everything worked out prior to the wedding (a lot of decisions because I had little prior experience with formal styles). I felt so comfortable and confident throughout my wedding - I felt great about my hair! It held up so well - long after the wedding was over (even though it rained that entire day). I also appreciated some last minute help with eyeliner that I had not scheduled for that day. In addition to my bridal style, Ive seen Darcy for cuts and highlights. Ive had a great experience every time! Great results and a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend the salon!

Not impressed. Went here a few times and had mixed results. For $35 to $55 (depending on stylist) I expect a more consistent experience - last cut my hair was butchered. I do like the spa-feel atmosphere, but they have never taken me on time, minimum 15 minutes late every visit (4). Other clientele I encountered have been snooty and rude (why Im not sure - its not that high-end), although staff are friendly. Shop is clean, well organized and they have nice product. However, if youre a guy, I have had more consistent and better cuts at Great Clips down the road for less than half the price.

I must be the only woman in the world who hates going to have her hair done. As a result, when I go, it usually requires a lot of work. Salon Enso (Jen) is remarkable. Every time I have been there, Jen and the entire staff are friendly, professional, and accomplished. Thank you so much for such a pleasurable experience. As for my hair, I never have to worry. The way Jen cuts it, my hair looks great even as it is growing out. How does she do it?! Thank you all!

Amberleigh (spelling?) was wonderful. This was my second visit with her and she did a wonderful job. She spent time with me making sure she knew what I wanted and understood what my expectations were. Going from blonde to dark is a huge change for me but she nailed it. I get so many compliments on my hair that should attest to her wonderful abilities as a stylist!
