Rita was very nice. But she was struggling with time because she was assisting 3 women at a time. My husband gave me a groupon as a mothers gift that included partial highlights, a styled haircut and blow out. She only did 6 highlights that you could barely see; they were extremely hidden in my hair. And she did a terrible job with the blow out. She said that unfortunately because of the time and the amount of hair I have she couldnt do a nice blow out with the shiny and smooth looking. My hair is not long, it barely reaches my neck, but she just didnt want to spend the time and the effort to give me a straight hair look. She even said, and I quote : "I can only dry your hair, not style it. If you want something Victorias secret style, you have to pay $25 more and I dont have the time today for that anyways." I left the place very mad, my husband paid for something that really you couldnt even notice. My waves were still there, and I had to get home and use my hair iron to make it look straight and shiny like it was suppose to look. Great mothers gift. Im not going back there! It is not my fault that they didnt have the personnel. And if the client pays for something, they have to deliver.

Ive been going here to see Emma for a couple years now for a guys cut. She always does a spot on job. Never had a reason to go anywhere else. Found Emma after getting around a half dozen terrible haircuts. Prices here are very reasonable and they also do deals through Groupon. Just be aware that the location is easy to miss. Its in a converted Canton Rowhome that is away from the main Street. They will do a shampoo, cut, and style all included and they even have an in-house message therapist. Mens shaves are available as well as facials for men or women. Give yourself a mini vacation!

It is a beautiful place, very relaxing atmosphere, my favorite person is Rita Sanchez very professional and customer service oriented, she has been cutting my hair for the last ten years. Everyone in this Studio tried their best to assisted their clients. They offered many services that other places do not. The prices are affordable. I will highly recommended this Studio, and it is very convenient located on walking distance.

I would not recommend this salon, at all. Maybe some of them are good but the one I had just played with my long hair. She had a a detailed instruction with picture, long bobcut. Now my hair looks like an inverted V shape and the side bangs I expected turned out straight, above my eyes. Worst haircut i ever had. They told me it will look better after a week. Who would go to the salon and look good after a week?

I found a Groupon coupon for a haircut and blow drying treatment. This is a very good salon and Im very happy with my result. I had crazy long hair and was very nervous as this was my first haircut since the past 7 years. Henry was my hairdresser and he made me feel very comfortable. He was very invested in blow drying my hair perfectly and the result was amazing.

I first went to Zoom with a groupon and have been back several times because I was really happy with my haircuts with Rita. Ive had to wait for a little while each time Ive gone, but everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of magazines around. Overall Ive been happy with the results and will certainly go back.

I just had a great experience with Henry he did a amazing job....I got highlights and cut and I have to say its the best my hair has looked in a long time......its great to be able to go in a salon and tell the person exactly what you want done and He goes above and beyond what you expected.......I will be returning

Just got a hair cut and style and deep conditioning at this location today. I absolutely loved the service. My hairdresser Markella was very inviting and professional. Shes a surgeon with the shears and absolutely adorable and personable. My hair hasnt looked this great in ages!
