DO NOT GO HERE! I used to have good experiences here with a particular stylist but he hasnt been there in a while. I stopped in yesterday and got my hair cut and eyebrows waxed and not only did Wendy wax off literally half my eyebrow so it was bald, she didnt say a word and hid it with my hair so I didnt see it until I got in my car. Therefore I tipped her and bought hair products. I went back in and showed the manager and they would only refund the 8.00, not the whole 60.00 INCLUDING THIS SHADY LYING INCOMPETENT IDIOTS TIP. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to go buy 40.00 worth of makeup at ulta and spend 30 minutes using it to hide this odors idiots mistake. People make mistakes but you DO NOT LIE to a customer or try to hide it. You own up to it and make it right. Which WENDY did not do. Once that was made known, I should have been given back my whole 60.00 immediately, including HER TIP. WENDY never even apologized, only the manager did but she wouldnt give me all my money back and she let WENDY keep my tip. Very angry and been telling everyone, DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

Sam is AMAZING! Its hard to find a stylist that actually just trims your hair and doesnt cut off 5 inches when you ask for a trim lol. Sam cut my hair (32 yoa), my daughters hair (5 yoa) and my grandmothers hair (72 yoa) all in the same day and we were all extremely happy! Please know with our differences in ages we obviously like different cuts and styles as well as I have suffered significant hair loss due to medications and she was able to cut my hair so it covered it. My daughters hair has natural spiral curls and when someone cuts her hair they curl up uneven usually. After Sam cut it her curls are completely even! My grandmother has way hair but it is rather coarse and has also suffered hair loss but in different places. She made her look and feel beautiful! Its a style she can manage on her own at home, as well. Truly a great stylist!

Let me start by saying what a Amazing Job Sheila has done!!!! I just got my hair colored today and I LOVE IT!!!! Also I got my eyebrows tinted and they look Great!!!! Sheila is very experienced and knowledgeable of her Job!!! Not only does my hair look and feel beautiful She also fixed my haircut from another salon. I will be returning to Hair cuttery for my home Salon!!!! Thanks Again Sheila. Your work is perfection!!! Sharon your are GREAT TOO!!!!

After three calls and one visit, I finally found a Hair Cuttery that had hair stylist who were willing to do African American hair. Employees did not hesitate to provide assistance. The lead stylist, Malini Rambissoon, was professional, knowledgeable, and a fabulous conversationalist. She did a great job on my hair.

Horrible, not only did the lady with the dreads cut my hair so neither side is the same length, she accidently chopped off a piece in the front and wet it down so I wouldn’t see it till I got home, then I look at my credit card statement and she charged me for a shampoo that I didn’t get.

Jennifer is absolutely great hair stylist! She does my moms hair and is just a gem with her patience and expertise. Im planning on having her as my new hairdresser. Only reason didnt give 5 stars is because staff at front desk can sometimes be rude and snobbish.

Come here on occasions. I know why i do everytime you come in there is only 3 people working. It always at least and hr wait. Come in at 515 only 2 people ahead of us. 618pm still waiting.

I have a huge empty spot in my hair. I renamed it "The Hair Butchery" !!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!! They even charged me.
