Got my nails done today wanted a gel nail fill the cashier didnt tell the girl that was doing my nails also took like an hour and half to do my nails there very slow and there prices are outrageous $62 dollars for a fill in gel nails !! The girl Taylor did an okay job !! But Never again will I go here !! Also I want my eye brows done and they had no one there that knew how to do them the cashier asked a girl name Ashley if she knew how to and she goes I only do hair!! What kinda place are they trying run??? Than they call 2 days later to ask how my experience was lmao. I GOT RIPPED OFF!! Also my nail is broke and ohh I call to try an get it fixed they say ohhh we will call you back Im not sure if someone can fix it!! Anyone know the ower!!

I have been going to this salon for years and have had Julia doing my hair. I refused to let anyone else do my hair because I am extremely particular about cut and color. I was unable to make an appointment with Julia so I was scheduled with Sydnie and she also cut my daughters hair. One is 3 (her first haircut) and the other is 9. My 3 year old is all over the place and Sydnie was so patient and kind to her. My older daughter is still raving about her experience. I had my hair cut and colored and I really didnt think anyone would ever live up to the job Julia did. I was ecstatic. Loved the cut, loved the color. I guess my point is.....you can go to this salon and expect top notch service no matter who you see:)

Didnt even want to rate it one star just wanted to write a review so I can express how AWFUL this salon is and its staff. First of all I asked for an ombré hair color a soft brown falling into a dirty blonde. Not only was the ombré not blended whatsoever (Ive seen other ombré they have done and mine wasnt the worst...) but the "soft brown" was a unmistakable orange and my already blonde head was now brassy. They have no idea what they are doing. The staff is incredibly RUDE. They curse, they talk about others in an unprofessional way, I was completely uncomfortable the whole 2 hours it tookto get my hair done. The biggest turn off to them was when they were rude to ME. A true treasure of Kent Island! Love, love, love this place. From the second you enter, you are pampered. I got a haircut at first, and the special spa features included were wonderful. Love my haircut -- Jami did a great job! I got the mini facial which was included and --- wow! -- the Aveda tea! I had to buy a box! Love this place so much that I bought a gift of a haircut and a massage for a friend -- she loved everything! The staff here is so kind and caring, and they pay attention to details. This really is an amazing treasure on Kent Island!

Ive tried almost every salon on Kent Island and I finally have found the best! If you want the complete experience of a spa this is the place to go. I felt completely relaxed being there and they offer two complimentary services while you are there. Jami is amazing and so talented! Not only did she do exactly what I pictured but she was very helpful with showing me how to style it at home too. Highly recommend Atelier and Jami!

Literally best place I have ever been to in my life. I came in for my first service last year and Im glad I did. I had a facial by Stephanie and not only did she give exceptional service but so did the entire staff. Seriously the nicest people Ive met. This is a full service salon and they aim to please. You deffinetly get your moneys worth, leave refreshed and its an Aveda salon !! Love this place and I love its staff!!

First off, This salon is beautiful! Bravo to the owners. Secondly, Evelyn is great! Ive been with her twice and finally found a stylist who provides exactly what I need. Each time ive left with a fresh cut and healthy looking hair. On top of that, the salon staff is wonderful. Will continue to go here as long as im living on the island.

I loved the atmosphere, the extra services/ attention you receive, and the curtesy you are shown at Atelier. Jami Pott did my hair and make-consult. She listened to what I wanted and then did a fabulous job. Samantha Hartman did my waxing. She has a wonderful personality too. I definitely recommend them each!
