Update: 7/28/17 I called the 1-800 # provided and was told the info will be passed on to the owner and should be calling in a couple of days. I had to give at least one star to leave a review. They dont even deserve that. I am so mortified after having my hair cut here that I dont even want to leave my home. I went in with shoulder lengeth hair and asked to have it cut to an inverted bob and not to loose any length in the front. So I got a hair cut and it seemed ok at 1st. Then I took a shower and washed and tried to style it. The back was cut in a strain line with no stacking, it was to long and it was uneven all over the place especially my bangs. I went back in the next day and the manager took me in her seat. I explained what I was supposed to get and she took a look and said "she cut your hair completely different than what you wanted." I said yes the back is to long and there is no stacking. She agreed! So she tells me its no big deal she can fix me right up. Ok at this point I am thinking to myself like ok no biggies she is going to fix it. I reminded her that I DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE ANY LENGHT FROM THE FRONT AND SIDES. She starts cutting the back and saying "she really messed you hair up". After the 5th time I quit counting. She shows me the back and tells me she has to cut the back a little shorter on the sides because of my curls. I said do what you need to do but no shorter on the front and sides. She says no no no just here behing your ears. I said ok. As i am watching she pulls the sides back and i thought she was just trimmming the uneven...nope there went a huge chunk. I started crying and asked her why she did that, that i told her not to take any off of the side. She told me she didnt have a choice because the other person messed it up so bad. At this point i am crying i tell her that its to short and i look like a boy. She twlls me calm down it looks ok and she is just fixing it. At this point my hair is cut to my ears. I was totally mortified and got out of the chair crying and went to my vehicle. My boyfriend was waiting for me he. He said what the hell happened??? Um yeah that bad. He went in to get the owners name and be they wouldnt give it to him. They gave him a refund for MY haircut and told him sorry we cant put hair back on that it was the other stylist fault for messing it up so bad. I am totally mortified. I HAD several public events to go to this weekend and thank to you Great Clips I am mortified to leave my house because I loom like a boy. Glad the manager was so willing to continue to throw her employees under the bus! She should have told me herself that she could not fix my hair either! Maybe I could have done something with it before but now it is so short there is nothing I can do!!!! I HATE YOU FOR THIS!!!!!!!

I went here because someone butchered my hair at another salon and I needed to get it fixed. I was able to get in a chair in about 10 minutes. Both of the stylists at the time were super friendly and while I was sitting there waiting, I observed the stylist that did not do my hair being very attentive to her clients. I had Megan and she was very understanding of how distressed I was about my hairs current state. She was very helpful in trying to make my hair presentable again, and very patient and understanding with how hyper particular I was after the bad experience I just suffered at another salon. Good value and good work. I think I will be coming back here!

I have been going here since they opened. Haircuts are rarely good but Im not very picky and the place is convenient. High staff turnover. There have been some good staff but they are far and few between. Most recently I got a haircut that was botched and had to be fixed by a more experienced staff member (who was excellent, btw). I also purchased some hair product which turned out to have been opened, used, and stale. The staff was not trained to provide refunds (and actually took 30 minutes to figure out how to sell the product to me in the first place). Theyve permanently lost this customer. I would blame management.

I was the only customer waiting and I had to wait 30 minutes for a haircut because the beautician had to go have a cigarette and clean her station before cutting my hair. Then the girl stopped in the middle of my haircut to look at the other beauticians phone. The last 2 times I went I told the girl to cut my hair with scissors and she proceeded to cut it with a razor. I see why they arent busy.

Angie did a wonderful job cutting my husbands hair! He is never happy after going somewhere to get his hair cut and usually ends up cutting it himself because of that. I am happy because I dont have to hear him complain!, So Thank You Angie!

I asked to have 3 maybe 4 inches cut off with some layers. I now have no damn hair . I cant even pull it up. I have cried all night. I hate this place and especially the lady who cut my hair and has no clue what 3 inches is

AVOID THIS PLACE! They have no idea how to cut hair. I asked for a fade and she gave me a 0 all around. Please train your employees before they cut customer hair. Never going back. Not recommended.
