I would give Regis 0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience there. Mikala, the manager of Regis Salon, dyed my hair dark brown and sold me color care shampoo so that the color wouldnt fade as quickly. Not only did my hair fade significantly after three weeks, but it turned GREEN. I came back to have it fixed and Mikala was extremely rude to me and told me I would have to pay to have it fixed. If you go to Regis, make sure you dont get Mikala. I strongly recommend going to MasterCuts in the mall instead of Regis. Ive had my hair dyed at MasterCuts before and they are very nice and do a great job! (No green hair there!)

I go to Regis every 5-6 weeks for a cut and color and they are fabulous! Mikala is THE best I love how she encourages me to be daring and creative with my color...I have been blond, brown, red, and everything in between. She has done hombres and this most recent time a balayage on my hair and I LOVE it...she is so talented and even came in on her day off to to my hair so it would look great for my company holiday party. I highly recommend Mikala and Regis...everyone there has been great. Ive been going there for over 10 years and I wont go anywhere else!

Love Mikala!!! I was looking for a new stylist after 10 years of going to the same person.. I was recommended to Mikala by 2 god friends & Im so thankful I listened.. She corrected my hair color after 2 terrible experiences.. can not imagine anyone else doing my hair!!! Mikala is an expert colorist & is always honest with what will work & what wont.. Definitely make an appointment with her, she will make you feel & look beautiful!!!!

Mikala is AMAZING!!! I can not imagine anyone else doing my hair!!! It was impossible for me to get haircuts in the past due to terrible experiences... but Mikala has been a breath of fresh air... she is soooo good I dont even have to tell her what I want she just knows. I get so nervous about getting a haircut, especially going from medium length to a pixie. Valerie was awesome, she gave me the exact cut I wanted and calmed my nerves. I definitely will be going back to see Valerie at Regis again.

The hair cuts Ive gotten here have always been good, but the hours they have posted are wrong. Im about to leave the mall right now, at 9:20 am, and theyre still not open.
