I really hate to leave this review. It was suppose to be a mommy and me event for my daughter and i. I am a regular customer and followed jen and her crew to fullerton. My 5yr got her hair cut by amy, it was nice. Sam asked if i wanted to wait till my daughter was done and i said yes. This was at 10am didnt relize i ws gonna have to wait 2 more hours to just get a french braid. The style i wanted added two cornrows to it but i even said it was fine if they couldnt do it. So as i sat there waiting qith my 5yr who was done amy takes another customer and says she dont know how to french braid wait for the 12 o clock person to come in. So i waited now in the salon for 2hrs. Just for the new lady comming in saying she cant french braid either. I have to wait for sam who is doing color, so i asked for an estimated time that would be and sam response was i dont know. Really?? You dont know how long it takes you to do something. So i asked to be cashed out now that i wasted an hour of my time. Iam si sorry jenn and stephaine but my family wont be coming back ever. My children and i only have a annual fun time day and your staff ruined it.

We walked in the door and stoop there waiting to be greeted and I mean 3 minutes we stood there while 2 woman stood in the back and laughed and played. After someone came up to us you could tell that she was distracted on the phone talking to someone saying that they were loosing customers left and right. 15 mins later we are still sitting waiting . Im not happy about this at all.

Incredible... That is a one word description. I tell all my friends and family to go to the hair cuttery in Nottingham. The place is great clean and professional. The whole staff is professional but Amanda and Amber are my go to stylists. They are the best. I take my wife and kids to them
