First off lets start worth the fact that the two owners Michelle and Felicia gave the first two five star ratings. The good.. open 7 days a week, inexpensive, and appointments are easy to get. The bad.. decor and ambiance is poor, dusty and dirty, the owners are twin sisters and argue and are unprofessional in front of clients,and stylists gossip about other stylists and each other. Limited to no knowledge or consideration for hair care and oftentimes cant do certain styles without help or using outdated techniques. Glorified kitchen beautician s.

Place is outdated and decor is depressing. Not a good experience for me, lady pulled my hair and complained about my hair being tangled which i thought was rude. After finishing my haircut she did not bother to put some styling product in my hair so i had no choice but to put my hair back in a bun. I notice they do great on African American hair...not good choice for other hair types.

I came in as a walk in. Just called and asked if they would see me 45 min before closing. With a welcoming smile I was seen. They made me feel like I was a long term client even after all of my sensitive issues and being told I was looking for a back up. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable,.caring and Professional.
