Where is the 0 star rating? This place deserves it. Nope, last time. I went in before for a simple just cut the tips (not even 5 min, no shampoo, no conditioner, nothing else) and got charged $20. This time I got charged $65 for a wash and dry (I brought in my own conditioner and hair oil drop and "cut the tips only" haircut. They put me under the drier to dry my hair (no rollers) and then she blow-dried my hair for 10min or less. But to charge me $65 for very short fine hair (I have very few hair; it is not like I have abundant hair). Never, for the audience, do not go here. I am born Dominican and raised in NY and NJ and I am letting you know, they overcharge here.

I used to go to the young lady who left to go to silver spring and Alex started doing my hair at which she did a way better job. I have been calling and calling to find Alex "where are you" please come back. The staff act like they never heard of her... how rude.

This salon use to be a lot better a few years ago when it was fully staffed, the ones that remained were not so good and my last couple of visits were disappointing.
