I used to be a regular customer here for 2 or 3 years with Franky. Never really felt at home but it was the best option available. These guys act like theyre too cool and chill to talk to you--really poor customer service. If you use a credit card they pass the fees on to the customer and nag you for not bringing cash. One day Frankys prices increased (from $25 to $35), which is fine, but the cost of going to a different barber in the shop was still at the old price. So I made the choice to switch to Danny and they made it a point to try to make me feel bad about it. The third and last time I got my hair cut with Danny, he said in Spanish thinking I wouldnt understand to Franky "No quiero tu basura" (I dont want your trash) loud and clear for the whole room to hear. Hey Danny, cuidado el Indio habla español. This place used to be on the up and up because they have style, but they lost their way with poor customer service, prices that arent worth what you get back, and inflated egos. I found a place nearby called Jalal Barbershop and Im incredibly happy.

I meant to write this review a couple of months ago when this happened, but it slipped my mind. The taste of the poor customer service is still lingering in my mouth, so I thought Id share my experience. My son had an appointment with Danny. I called on our way to the appointment to let him know that we were running 10-15 minutes late. Danny then said "okay." We get to the shop and sit around for 20 minutes only for Danny to tell us that my sons hair appointment would interfere with his next appointment so he wouldnt be able to cut his hair. I wouldnt have been so mad if Danny had the decency to tell me this BEFORE I drove 25 minutes to the shop. What further infuriated me was the fact that he had already taken another client in place of my son. It was just a waste of my time and energy. I will never recommend this place to anybody, thanks to Danny.

First time and last time here. Didnt feel welcome. Crappy service and overcharged. Waited 15 minutes after the time of the scheduled appointment. I feel like Andrew was rushing my haircut and shave to get to a walk in who got there around the same time as me. My one hour scheduled haircut and shave only took him 25 minutes and when I went home found patches of unshaven hair!! all the while customers in other chairs who were only getting haircuts got started before me and were still getting haircuts when I left. Maybe Im a little surly, but Andrew only made one attempt to small talk with me, then immediately after I answered his question started talking in Spanish with the other barbers. Then he charged me 55, when the Internet site says 45. Plus a 3 dollar credit card fee!!

I went here last month and had a great experience. One of the best haircuts Ive had recently and Kelvin trimmed my beard at no extra charge. Its a bit out of the way but well worth it. The price is also great; if they were located in DC Im sure theyd be charging way more.

By far the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. I got there five minutes to closing time, and the barber was kind enough to let me in. The prices are moderate, and the selection of products is excellent. I got the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had!

Definitely the place to go to get a real haircut and have a good time. They actually take there time to cut your hair...I love the experience. Real people. My barber is frankly I would recommend him. Freshest and best cuts in the DMV

I wish I found this place earlier. Ill never go anywhere else. Flawless haircuts, excellent service, easy online appointment scheduling, and a great atmosphere. I drive 35 minutes to get there, and I would drive further.

The Suite hooked it up! New to the area, found them on Google Maps. Danny gave me a great cut and a friendly conversation. Straight razor cleanup and neck shave. This place is pure class. I will definitely be back.
