Poor Customer Service. I cant really tell you about the quality of Raymar Plumbing because they did not arrive for my appointment. After having 3 business days and the full and complete information about my hot water heater; and, after contacting me 2-3 times during the afternoon of the appointment to advise me they were "on the way," they waited until the absolute last minute, 4pm, and called to say they were not coming because they had the wrong part. No explanation, no apology, no offer of any temporary measure. When I called the office manager this morning, still no apology, just excuses about the unprofessional, incompetence of Raymar Plumbing. I called another plumber who came out within 30 minutes and, in five minutes, re-lit the pilot light. Problem solved by a competent plumbing company, NOT RAYMAR!
