We had a replacement of one unit and a second dual-zone unit put in the attic with new duct work, as well as outside units and a tankless hot water heater with new gas lines and high-voltage lines. The entire team for Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions is detail-oriented, helpful, and friendly; explaining everything before executing and ensuring that any issues are brought up quickly and addressed in a way that meets code as well as the owners wishes. Jeff (the project manager) takes the time to answer any and all questions about the process so you know where your money is going. While they didnt seem to be the cheapest of 3 quotes we received, they actually ended up providing better service, materials, and equipment than all the competitors and stuck to their timeframe and quote. I would HIGHLY recommend Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions to anyone looking for big or small projects. -- UPDATE 2/27 - after completion of project: Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions is FANTASTIC. Jeff, Gary, CJ, Cody, Nick, and Ben all took care of us over the course of two weeks, making sure we were aware of all the steps along the way, and what to expect. Jeff was always available to talk to as was the rest of the team - answering my million and a half questions patiently. (I like to learn as well as know what Im spending my money on). Everything passed inspection the first time without issues. Everything was cleanly done and looks and functions great! I would definitely recommend Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions to anyone looking for air or plumbing work, from small to large. Every detail is covered, not just by Alan & Jeff (the owners), but by their team too. I cant stress this enough. These guys really take pride in their work!

I had purchased a $53 deal for s service call through Angies list for Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions, so obviously I was fairly confident going in I would get good/great service....Mike arrived within the allotted time window and was courteous and an easy guy to take to/explain what the problem was. He took time to explain to me what he suspected the issue was and how he was going to attempt to fix it. H e suspected the clog was in a sharp turn in the piping and the root cause was something that had gone through our garbage disposal. After about an hour of work and cleanup, Mike emerged from our downstairs saying the the clog has been fixed and asked me to turn the water on in the kitchen sink to ensure that water was flowing properly through the pipes. It was, so we were able to both witness that the issue was resolved. As a side note, I forgot to mention that the first thing he did was put plastic booties on to avoid getting the house dirty and made it a point to exit/enter the house through the basement door to avoid the possibility of getting the rest of the house dirty. Mike was the definition of professional and explained the problem and his proposed solution very well. I would not hesitate recommending Mike or Air Plumbing & Heating.

Mike came to fix a leaky toilet. I thought it was leaking at the seal, a somewhat pricey job, but he discovered that the bolts that connected the tank to the bowl were loose. Thats all. My other toilet was running periodically. He replaced its warped flapper. Then, he looked under my kitchen sink and advised me to tighten the fittings that connected the drain pipes from time to time. Nice guy! Showed me what he found and answered my questions. Wore booties to keep my floors clean. Im so happy Ive found someone honest and reliable. Bobby came later in the day to check my heater for winter. He told me I was using the wrong filter and explained why. He also said I needed a bigger air return. Someone named Jack was supposed to call me about that. No word about that yet. Ive had my heater checked at least 6 times since Ive lived in this house. No one has ever spent so much time checking my heater and no one ever mentored the problem with the filter. Again, Im impressed! Bobby was really nice and knowledgeable too. Ill be calling this company again and recommending them to my friends and family.

We have an old house with a rather byzantine HVAC system. When an electronically controlled louver failed, and was hidden in an inaccessible attic, the technician (Bobby) could have easily and understandably given up. He demonstrated tenacity and an astute understanding of construction in devising a method of repair. P.S. A part was needed. It arrived in a reasonable time frame and AP&HS worked with me on the price. Bobby returned to install the part, and my HVAC is functioning properly again. Overall, considering what a hassle repairs can be, this was a very positive experience, and I would unequivocally recommend AP&HS to anyone in their service area. P.P.S. We just had a repair on our A/C. The second floor zone was not cooling, which can be an issue when the outside temps are in the mid- to upper 90s!. Charlie came the same day we called and quickly diagnosed the problem (critters outside had chewed wires, causing a short). He is the best. Cant recommend him enough. And our dogs love him...

I have had these guys come out 3 times in the past 3 months for different problems. I had 2 AC condensers blow (one inside and one out) and they were very quick to get them replaced for a reasonable price. The techs were very friendly and professional. Today I had a plumbing problem and thought I would give that side of the company a try. Tim was able to make it to my house earlier than originally forecast, and he was extremely quick. The guy has a LOT of experience and he was a pleasure to work with, just like everyone else here. I had some questions about some other plumbing stuff in my old house and he humored me and took a look. We talked about some of the options I had if I wanted to modernize things and make some changes in the future. It was great! I would certainly recommend Air Plumbing & Heating to my neighbors.

I had a very slow draining kitchen sink which will fill with water after running the faucet for more than a few minutes. I placed a service call with Cindy requesting a same day appointment. After taking my details said she would call me back shortly, which she did. She scheduled a plumber for later in the afternoon. A short time later she called again to say that a plumber in my area had just completed a job a could be to me in a short time. Within the hour Jeff arrived, assessed the problem, snaked the drain, gave me info on how to avoid the problem in the future and offered to sell me an enzyme product to use. I already had the product but hadnt been using it regularly so I declined, but will be using it now. He tested the drain and left a clean work area. $318 seemed steep but the service that I received was exceptional.

Weve had substantial work contracted with Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions and the work has been consistently high quality from beginning to end. Prices are very reasonable and the workmanship excellent. In addition, all jobs were incredible messy/dirty but drop cloths and plastic sheeting was used during the processes, all areas accessed were left cleaner than when they arrived- this is very important to me, since the last thing I want to do is clean up after someone else Ive paid to do a job. All of the workers (Gary, Nick, Cody, Vince, Chis, and a few others) have been very friendly and professional and worked steadily the entire day, everyday. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job performed correctly the first time. Jeff and Michele V
