This company has possible the worse customer service I have ever encountered! I called on Sunday because my rental property air conditioner was not working. The guy who called back was not happy we called on a Sunday for a repair. When they came out they said they couldnt look at it because it was late in the day and they didnt do roof top repairs that late. So we scheduled for Monday. I was NOT told they dont even come out for roof maintenance on air conditioners after 3:00. They came out at 10:00 a.m. - not telling us it would be a morning call. No one was home as tenants are working. Then when I spoke with dispatch both times, they were very arrogant and rude - as if they were doing me a favor to do the work they had been on contract to do. My property manager called the next day and had another individual get rude to him and still no service after three days. Will never use these pompous jerks again! I asked to speak to management -- they never called. So beware, if you use UGI - dont expect good service or friendly staff to work with.

Couldnt be happier with the professionalism and courteousness the service, install, and sales team provided to our family. Our old unit went out in the midst winter, and the service tech (Lewis) arrived within 2 hours. He was very polite and diagnosed the issue quickly --which was that our old heat pump was finished. He had the sales team call me that same day, and that same week week we purchased a system through UGI. The sales person (Todd) was fantastic, as he provided customer support even after the installation was complete. So, from my initial call for service, until UGI installed a new system was 1 week --Unbelievable! I would/will recommend UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to anyone looking for related service.

I love this service it gives me peace of mind! No worries! I know if it is 100 degrees outside and my air conditioner breaks I have a number to call and they will be at my house to fix the problem right away! This happened two years ago when we were experiencing a heat wave and I called and they were at my house within an hour. My neighbor who did not have your service at the time waited two weeks for someone to fix her air conditioner. My neighbor now has your service! The same for the winter months I know if my furnace breaks down when the temperatures are frigid that I have a number to call! Yep, no worries

When we were having a high pitched sound which we thought might be coming from the furnace blower motor, I called UGI to have them send a technician out to check it out for us. He was here at the appointed time and quickly determined it was in the fill value to the humidifier which is connected to the furnace. He turned the valve and the sound went away. It was better than having to do furnace repairs thanks to his expertise.

It took two visits for your technician to solve our A/C problem, due to sporadic failure (to be fair), but he discovered what was wrong, was very pleasant and cooperative throughout the process, and had the part necessary "in tow". His arrival both times was timely.

We are very happy with our maintenance contract. We called on the 4th of July and within 2 hours he was here and had our gas hot water heater repaired at no charge. I thought we would have to wait longer since it was a holiday. Highly recommend.
