Have used McCall in my home on at least four occasions since 2009. First, they have a call service and usually within an hour Brian McCall or Kevin will call back to assess the urgency of the job. Brian and Kevin are smart and articulate, and straight shooters. You get options, prices, and honesty about when they can come. And they don;t fish around for other work to do. Brian figured out and then handled a rather complex multi-tank hot water setup when the other plumbers were uncertain. Then when a pipe blockage led to sewer back up in my home, after my desperate call on Sunday evening, one of their men showed up in a snow storm on Presidents Day (Feb. 15, 2016). Today they are back at it, including outside pipe replacement (to septic tank). I agree with other reviewers that McCall Plumbing is not a cheap option, but theyve always give me options, let me decide without pressure, come quickly, done thorough work, and cleaned up afterwards.

The work they performed was okay however I felt like they tried to nickel and dime me for something they could have just thrown in. If your looking for a deal this is the wrong plumbing company to go with. I will not "ever" use this company again. Keep looking at other companies unless you want to be hustled for more money.

FABULOUS! We use them for commercial and residential. They are super fast, sometimes coming out within 20 minutes of our call. Know exactly the problem, fix it fast and much, much less costly than anyone else we have used. If you go to anyone else, you are wasting time and money!
