People that has good reviews on LANTHORN PLUMBING are probably their employees or their family posting positive feedback to lure more victims. This was my worst pluming service i ever had. not only i paid $75 upfront for my insurance but the plumber who did the job did not put everything back the way he found it. the next day i had a call from lanthorn plumbing dispatch telling me that my insurance does not covered the shower leak when i was assured by the plumber when he was tearing it apart that it was an easy fix and it is covered by my insurance. i called my home insurance and was told that the plumber wrote that it has improper repair prior eventhough i saw him broke one of the mount of the shower valve . when i put all the pieces together, it made me realize that the plumber knew before hand that there was an improper repair and knew that that the insurance will not pay for it. But just to get the $75 upfront he lied to me and left my shower not completely installed and leaks water. i ended up looking for another plumber who is fair and honest. I do not recommend LANTHORN PLUMBING to fix your plumbing issues. they should be avoided and that plumber should be fired! there are a lot of honest pluming companies out there that can do a better job for you.. so STAY AWAY from them.

We contracted with them to make the final connection for sinks and faucets after countertops were replaced throughout our home. They did not come prepared with towels to keep the work area clean and they did not clean up afterwards thus leaving the workspace dirty. We noticed that the ice maker in the kitchen which stopped working immediately after they finished their work so we had to arrange for a follow up visit. They discovered that there was nothing wrong with their connections and still charged us $65 for a travel fee. I requested that they waive the fee in light of them following up on previous work. After I told them that I was unhappy with their service and would be writing an unfavorable review, I was told that the fee would be waived if I wrote a favorable review on the spot and showed it to the technician for confirmation. I obviously declined.

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. The plumber lied to my warranty company stating that my water pipe in the garage froze which was why the the faucet would not shut off the water when turned off. This is a problem that started in the summer and there is no way possible that my pipes had ever been frozen in the last 5 years I have lived in this house. This resulted in a denial to have my warranty company to fix the leak.

Lanthorn has always been good to me! I purchased an older home that often needs repairs as we go along and lanthorn is the one I trust! Always quick and efficient, they have become a second family! They explain the job and the repair and never have any problem when in asking tons of questions! See you next time lanthorn! Lol
