Our family awoke one morning to NO hot water! we tried every faucet and checked that our electric was on and working properly. We tried the circuit breaker and finally, after preparing for work - boiling pots of water on our range; we called AHS, who dispatched All Clear Plumbing and Drain. They called me back and arranged service - same day!!! The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. The problem was with the water heater. He was able to repair it, that day. I highly recommend American Home Shield and All Clear Plumbing and Drain!

They were great!!! I called at 7:30AM with 2 kitchen sinks all backed up. The dispatcher gave me a 2 hour appointment window and the name of the lead technician. Two very professional technicians showed up at my house exactly on schedule at 11:10AM. They were professional, polite and knew exactly what they were doing!!! In and out in 1 hour for the exact price I was quoted. I like companies that are quick, honest, and none of that commissioned based "try to over sell the job" stuff!!! Ill be using them again for sure!!!

The technician came early. I was late for the appointment but he was willing to wait for me. I told him how late I was going to be. I appreciated that very much! I was worried he might leave and I will gave to reschedule. When I showed him what was wrong he told me what needed to be done. He gave me options but I decided to have him do the job. They are local contractor of American HomeShield (AHS). When AHS send them to solve your plumbing problem, they will simply write a report in favor of AHS to deny your service request. I dont know whether they are paid secretly by AHS.
