If youre looking for a plumber anywhere in the Elizabethtown, Harrisburg, York, Lancaster and surrounding areas you should definitely call Joe Dibart. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about his work and will be calling him if I need any plumbing/ heating/ AC service in the future. As a master plumber with decades of years of experience, he is clearly very knowledgeable and will explain everything in a way that someone without a background in these areas can understand it. His service is quick, he is very easy to work with, he is honest, and his estimates and pricing are very fair. He even took the time to go into more detail and discussed the signs/ symptoms of when specific repairs need to be made when I had questions about the plumbing in our home due to its older age. He is very passionate about his work and will repair to the point of perfection. His work is also guaranteed. Thank you so much Joe!

I called at 5 pm Friday. He was here at 9 am Saturday. Joe was professional in all respects, from his equipment, to his uniform, to his demeanor, and in his work. He explained exactly what he was doing and why every step of the way with humor. He was kind to my children who wanted to watch--explaining thing to them as well. The job was finished quickly and expertly with a reasonable price that was actually more inexpensive than we expected. His left the work environment better than what he found it. I have dealt with many plumbers in my lifetime, and Joe stands head and shoulders above them all. The work was outstanding, the price amazing, and Joe was an incredibly nice man that we are grateful to have in our community. He will be the only plumber we ever call in the future. A disclaimer: We had never met Joe before we called him, and I received no goods or services for this review.

We had contacted 2 different plumbers with an issue we had for several years who gave us guesses at what the problem might be. One of them even sad, You cant know the exact problem until it overflows. Thats what we were trying to avoid! We stumbled upon Joe looking on the internet for someone else try. He came over and did a very thorough look at our system and understood what was happening. He diagnosed the problem as two possible things. After returning to do some work for the first problem he diagnosed he determined that the possibility of the second problem deserved fuether examination. Turned out we had 2 problems, both of which he had properly diagnosed and fixed... all for a much lower price than anything wed had done thus far. Dont know about anything else but we highly recommend Joe for any of your plumbing needs.

Having recently moved to the E-town area we didnt have a Plumber we knew. Our water heater stopped working so we needed to get a hold of one fast. We called a few plumbers and even their estimates were shockingly high. Were glad we called Joe. He fixed the problem for a very fair price. We called at 9 and he scheduled us in just a couple of hours later. And just as important he got here when he said he would. He gets right to work and finishes the job quickly. He does very good work. He let us know the problem, and what all needed to be done. He was also very courteous. We couldnt have found a better Plumber. Were glad we called Joe.

My wife called Joe Dibart Plumbing for a pinhole leak in a pipe. Despite Joes busy schedule that day, Joe not only drove by to check the damage, but repaired the leaking pipe and made time to repair an additional outside faucet that same night. I am very pleased with Joes work and the plumbing lines (PEX) are very neatly laid out. I will definitely call the next time I have plumbing needs.
