I own a Residential Property Management Company in Southern Maryland. Paul and his crew are our go to people when we need help in Calvert County. He has helped us so many times when we needed emergency service on weekends. We recently had a well system go out on a Saturday afternoon in Huntingtown which left the tenants with no water. Paul has someone there that day to look into the problem. Unfortunately it required significant work and replacement of the well system. Paul took time personally on a Saturday afternoon to call the homeowner and explain the situation in detail. She was then put at ease and agreed to make the necessary repair. He was then able to work with us in regards to a payment plan that got the tenants water fixed the next day, allowed the homeowner to feel secure, and lowered my stress level. Great Work, Friendly Service, Fair Price, and available when we need them.

Called after my septic flooded and overflowed with rainwater. Had called every place in the tri-county area but they couldnt fit us in due to the holiday weekend and busy schedules. I spoke to Tracy after hours and she immediately got me in touch with a technician (and her husband :). Steven was here within an hour, pumped our septic, found another compartment and pumped it (it was under our deck) and he reinstalled our risers for us. He gave us great advice! They came after hours and out of their typical area (we live in Mechanicsville) to help us with our problem. Thank you so much!! Wish we were closer so we could exclusively use your company! Family run business that does what they say will do----without trying to add something thats not needed. Very polite, came early and fixed the problem for $700 less than what I thought I was going to have to pay. They could have charged me the full amount and I wouldnt have figured it after they hauled away the old water heater. I think any other company would have probably done just that. Bottom line---I trust them.

Recently had to have a new septic system installed. The nature of the work is naturally expensive and disruptive. But the professionalism we experienced made it all as painless as possible. All efforts were well planned and executed in a timely manner. I cant imagine how it could have been handled any better. Highly recommended !

Was having issues with my pressure tank. Replaced the pressure switch but still was acting up. Called Paul Hayden Jr and one of his workers came out within the hour and fixed what the problem was. Worker was very knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend to others!
