I had Stat Plumbing to come to my home on a service call on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016 and Mr. Blerim did the repairs on my bathroom toilet. Well, he fixed the toilet and I was extremely satisfied. That next day, I discovered the toilet was still leaking in my basement. But, I called when I discovered the leaking. I called back to the company and was told that Mr. Blerim would come back out without any charge. Today, which is Saturday, Mr. Blerim was back out and this time, he did another thorough inspection and this time, Mr. Blerim handled the job. Not only did he do all the repairs, but he did it with such pleasure and manners. I was extremely pleased again. He left my bathroom clean and tidy and said if I have any more problems, please call him immediately. The type of service that I received is not received without me taking notice and appreciation. Please let Mr. Blerim and the other plumber who assisted him aware of this short notice of appreciation. I would highly recommend this Stat Plumbing Company to my family and friends. This company is a full five star company. Again, thank you Stat Plumbing Company.

Stat Plumbing did an outstanding job with installing my water heater & making sure I was a satisfied customer. My hot water heater went out on a Friday evening. I place a call to American Home Shield and was fortunate enough to get Stat Plumbing as the contractor. Stat came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They told me that I would need my hot water heater replace (which bummed me out), but knew that was probably the issue since I had my hot water heater since 1995. Although Stat came out immediately to diagnosis the problem, there were some minor issues with them returning to install that heater, but that was just a communication issue and really no ones fault. Because of the minor communication issue, Stat Plumbing went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. When the technician, Blerim, arrived to my home he was very professional and extremely apologetic for the misunderingstanding. He quickly went to work and had me up and running in about two hours. I loved the service so much that the next time I have a plumbing issues, I will definitely request the services of Stat Plumbing.

I called my Home Owners Insurance re: the hot water not working. They sent out the Owner of Stat Plumbing. He arrived and detached all the fittings from the Thermo Coupler and said my hot water heater needed to be replaced. He immediately say its going to be $950 for code modifications that my home owners isnt going to pay, I told him to let me check my options. My HOI said they can send me a check and I can get another estimate with another company and they can pay out what they will cover for the hot water heater. So, I went with that option. My brother comes over to check to see if he Owner of Stat had put everything back in its place and for sure he didnt. I then called him and he was very rude and refused to come out to put it back the way it was. I had to make a complaint with my HOI company. Please beware of this company. Hes the owner, the contractor and he answered the phone so hes probably the receptionist too so you have no one else to complain or give an un-bias resolution.

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody from this company for three weeks. I have American Home Shield warranty and they already sent my hot water heater to this plumber who has yet to answer his phone in two weeks in order to install it. It has literally been the worst experience of my life dealing with a plumber as I continue to take cold showers daily. It seems as though the number listed either does not work or it is simply never answered as I have called over ten times with no answer and left multiple voice messages. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Discussed issue via phone the day prior and said hed be at my place between 3-5PM today. Never bothered to show up, call me to update, nor respond to texts. Took personal time off of work so I could be home and wait for him to arrive, completely wasted my time. *Made it right, and contacted me later. Came and did the work late in the evening, but I was available so it wasnt a big deal. Price was good, did quick work.

After having another plumbing company attempt to repair our hot water heater three times--yes, 3 times!--I was delighted to have Stat Plumbing and Heating show up on time, diagnose the problem and make the repairs all within the same day and within a short amount of time! Professional staff who cared about our concerns and offered solutions that work! We will use Stat again in the future.

This company is awesome! I had a problem with the bathroom facet which was constantly running water even though it was off. Stat Plumbing came immediately to resolve the problem when other companies would have scheduled me days later to correct the problem. The technician, Qerim, was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable experience.

The worst customer service Ive experienced! The guy who answered the call had a horrible attitude because I called to verify that he was still coming out to service my issue. Once the time passed that he claimed he would arrive, he cancelled my appointment and lied to my warranty company. I will be reporting this to them along with the BBB!!

The work was done well, but i was charged for a permit ($85) that i am being told by WSSC that i didnt need because the water heater is electric. All attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, its as if the company just dropped off the grid. I would not recommend this company especially if follow up work is needed.

Found them through my home warranty, fast, clean, informative and well mannered. Gave them a 1 star rating bcuz of a miscommunication but that was my fault, after fully understanding what was covered I feel much better about the company and the 2 tech they set out. We recently had an issue with our hot water heater. Stat plumming was assigned through our home warrenty company. They communicated with us through out the day and they came later in the evening and resolved our issue. Truly a proffesional company and I would reccomend them to anyone having plumming issues.
