My first encounter with Regal was Kim. I asked if anyone could come out and fix a backed up drain and leak under my kitchen sink. She said it was likely someone could come out after their regular business hours for an overtime rate. I soon found out their overtime rate is very reasonable. I tried other plumbers and had another scheduled, and Kim called back not once, not twice, but three times! I called back and scheduled with Regal! I am so appreciative she was so persistent to help me! Dave was the technician that I was fortunate to have visit my home. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient and kind to my curious 4 year old. He fixed the backed up drain and the leak. I also mentioned our dishwasher would have standing water in the bottom. He said the drain hose was not hung properly under the sink. He fixed that too! I have scheduled them for an estimate for other plumbing work I need installed in my home. Thank you Kim and Dave!

Kim was so helpful I was blown away by her knowledge of HVAC and the people who came out I found were almost the same people from 25 years ago who installed our system so nicely. Regal answered all my tech questions and fixed the AC so it works fine now still after 25 years. Will use Regal for any new HVAC systems I need in future. They know their HVAC systems Im sure and Im pretty experienced enough to judge this. Excellent.

I had them do a basic AC unit service. The tech. Put the wrong refrigerant in my system and documented it on the work order. When my system stopped working they denied doing anything wrong even though it showed on the work order they put the wrong refrigerant in my system. Im now having to replace my whole AC system at my own expense due to Regal. Both the owner and manager refused to help me. Stay away from this company.

Very disappointing experience. I had to wait four days for my appointment. I took the day off work for the appointment. After waiting for them all day, they called me and said they could not work on my type of issue which I had completely explained when I made the appointment. I have gone almost a week without water and now have to call another plumber for an appointment, plus lost a days wages.

Does anyone believe these reviews are real? The most honest company ever? I cant see a customer saying that. Shame on you Regal. Im updating my review to 3 stars. Since i only suspect a few of thier reviews are fake. I have no proof. I ve used Regal 4 or 5 times with good results. However they are rather exspensive.

We had an 80 gallon electric water heater recently installed. The two techs did a beautiful job. They arrived on time and left our home super clean....as if they had never been there. Kim in the office was extremely helpful and even did some research for our questions. We highly recommend this company!

Cancelled appointment morning of due to sick technician, and did not back fill with other tech. Appt was made almost 4 weeks prior due to service backlog and first available time, so I had to take time off specifically for this appt. Regal office was rude, arrogant and unapologetic.

Called today due to a sewer problem and potential remodel. Sandy answered phone. She was unacomodating and unflexible. This could have been a potential 4k job and she was more interested in telling me no than in fixing my problem and landing her company jobs.

My air went out during a major heat wave. I called Regal and they had someone out the same day. They actually arrived sooner, before the sun peaked for the day. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company.
