Great company. I woke up to "no water" in the house, and then saw a flood of water rushing down our sidewalk in the front yard. Called Mason and Son and was greeted in a very friendly and concerned manner, which is rare these days. I will many times not use a business if they are not polite when I call. Shows that customers are a bother and not valued. So after explaining my problem, I was told someone would call me back. I received a call within 5 minutes. Was next told that they would send someone out. Robert came out within 15 minutes, accessed and explained the problem. He then spent hours digging around my sidewalk to feed a new pipe so he would save us the expense of demo and repair. After it was fixed, he even called us back to tell us how to take our repair bill to Waterworks for a possible credit. Truly honest and genuine people.

I had to leave work 2.5 hours early for an appointment I had scheduled with them. Appointment time came and no one showed. I called them and they said that their guy was running behind and they will call me and let me know when hes going to be there. They call back and said it shouldnt be too much longer. Then they call back and say that the job hes on now will probably cause him to not show up today. They call me back 2 hours later and say he can make it today (I was on my way back to work at this point). So I drive back home and about 30 minutes later I call them to ask the status and they say that he cant come.

The best around. When a contractor is needed, the first thought that goes through your mind after knowing you cant solve the problem on your own is cost. I dreaded calling a plumber because my neighbor had just gotten a quote for $850 for a problem that Mason & Son charged me $86 for. Honest, respectable, quick and cant be beat. The plumber showed up on time, walked me through the problem, solved the problem, and then walked across the street to help out my neighbor and the city contractor that showed up. Next time I have a problem, I wont even hesitate to pick up the phone and call them again.

I had a pipe freeze and then break at my business on a Friday evening and they sent someone out to fix it within an hour! The technician - Chris was polite and efficient and got the job done very quickly. The next morning - Saturday, another pipe broke and they sent the same technician out within about an hour and he fixed our problem very quickly. I would recommend Mason & Sons to anyone looking for an honest, efficient plumber! They have definitely gained our business - Thank you!

This company was not responsive and not responsible. When I called this company on April, he didnt find anything and charged $90 bucks per hour. When I still have same problem and called again, the owner (he said himself owner) said he would come to see but never come or called me back. I called again, no response back. I had to search another one to fix it.
