I had used them previously for pumping and service. When it came time to pump and certify for a real estate inspection, even though they had been there 2 years prior, all of a sudden they could not certify without numerous expensive "diagnostic" tests, including a hydrostatic test. All of which they would be willing to do, for a fee, and then issue a "passing" cert. They would not fail the system, just would no t cert without a $1000.00 worth of tests. Talk about abuse and veiled threats bordering on extortion. Fortunately a second company review the system and confirmed that it was in perfect working order. Never use Walters unless you expect them to try to coerce you into unneeded expenses under the guise of "due diligence. Walters response is typical, and self serving, believe what you will, the bottom line is that they saw an opportunity to make some quick cash and are hiding behind "the regs", like going to a dentist needing a filling and them suggesting a root canal and crown.

Have utilized Walters Services many times in the past 5 years. Excellent customer service!!! Had an emergency situation arise recently and they were able to get me scheduled within 24 hours. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Walters Environmental Services.

We had a great experience with Johana and Sammy. We needed a review of our septic for the sale of the house and they gave a quality review of what needed fixing and came in with the backhoe and made the necessary changes. First class timely service.

Steer clear of Walters. I would love to support a neighbor but with this company I cant. Awful customer service and they seem to be unable to resolve simple issues.
