They came out from using the horrible AHS warranty. Paid the service fee to fix a leaking pipe from my HVAC system... they guy didnt even fix a $2 pipe, and told me he wont repair anything unless I perform lots of other services. You could have fixed the pipe and made the recommendation, instead of getting paid, and not performing any work. Terrible, I will never use them, even when I do upgrade my Central Air system now. Update: The guy "Mark" who came out and was suppose to fix the leaking pipe... now the system doesnt blow even cool air... after he "checked it" when he was suppose to fix a leaking cpvc pipe... He emptied a system (that was WORKING FINE DESPITE THE LEAK) and a newborn is now sitting in 80+ degree temperature. This company needs to be put out of business. They are despicable people...

When my air condition stopped working I called York Mechanical, Mark and Steve came out early the next morning, fixed my unit, it was only a wire fix....I have had Mark here before and he is awesome ! I can highly recommend him and the company. Very honest, friendly, good sense of humor. I dont know how to get my grand daughters name off my Google account....Mark came and helped ME today...Elizabeth Rubenstein. Thank you !!!!!

Weve used York Mechanical for various projects at our home and have been pleased with the service every time. Air conditioning repair, hot water heater work, installation of new toilets, etc. Good service. Pleasant, hard-working employees. We would recommend.

Twenty two days from service request to providing AC unit services. This occurred in May 2017 when no extreme weather events occurred. Completely unacceptable.
