After calling around for hours and talking to so many plumbers and septic services that were rude, I called C&C. They were very kind and informative and help solve the problem at our house. Came out the same day and they worked quickly to restore us back to 100% even though some of the work was more then they expected(septic tank was very deep). They were the best priced service around. I called roto rooter and they were going to charge me $150 just to come to my house! That didnt even include any of the work! C&C diagnosed my problem over the phone when I gave them all the info I knew on the problem and knew exactly what it was. They gave me a quote, came out within a couple hours, fixed the problem and then left everything back to 100%. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing or septic problems.

Rude beyond comprehension. Scheduled a plumber to come, he didnt show up and they didnt call me. Second scheduled plumber was due on Friday at 0800. I called on Thursday to confirm. At 0751 Friday they called to make sure I was home. Got my voice mail but I returned call at 0759 and they had sent plumber to another call. Yelled at me on the phone when I complained, refused to provide itemized receipt, refused to heat wrap hot water pipes from tank. Go elsewhere.

From the initial phone call to make the appointment through to the end of the job everyone was so very nice, friendly, and professional. John was very knowledgeable and understanding, worked quickly and was very thorough in making sure the job was done right! I will absolutely use this company again! On time, under budget, very thorough. $140 for snaking a sewer line from the cleanout to the MetCom street connection (routine weekday). Roto Rooter charged $650, partly because it was on a weekend. When I had recurring problems, C & C ran a camera, and gave me an estimate on a full replacement (pending).
