I had surgery on my knee and came home from the hospital and it was awfully cold in my house. Of course it was the coldest day of the year. I called Crystal at their office and within about 1-2 hours Dave Henry showed at my house. The blower had on my furnace had gone bad. They had one in stock at their office. And within about an hour the heat was back on. My house is newer and they tried to contact the manufacture to see if the service and parts could be covered under warranty. They waited to send the the bill until they got the final word from the manufacturer. This all happened back in early January 2013, even though this was posted in May 2013. I have had them to at least two other service calls in the past and never had any issues or required any followup because they job right the 1st time. Thanks

This review spans years of service provided by the Wilbur Henry group. I promise you that you will never find a more professional group of people to deal with. Their workmanship is exceptional, the pricing rates are economical and will compete with any other plumbers in the area. I have never had any experiences with them other than 5++++ stars (off the chart). I cant say enough about them. Call them and once you are a customer you become their family and that will be the last of your Plumbing, Heating & AC worries!

Awesome... We had a busted copper water line in a real tight crawl space. Mike, the guy who came over had a real positive attitude about the whole thing and was able to get it all fixed in about an hour. Thought we were looking $100s for the job considering how hard it was to get to, but when he handed me the invoice it was way less then expected. Very competent, fast friendly service... definitely happy to use/recommend these guys again...

Needed a leaky pipe fixed and a gas line bonded. They took the time to diagnose and be sure what was needed and quickly executed. I fully expected to pay double what I did for the work performed and still would have considered it a deal. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful and they will be my only call from here on out should the need arise.

The installer was great and knew exactly what he was doing. The only complaint I had was they over charged me $162.50 for a 3/4 Pressure Reducing Value that I could have picked up for $70. Wont use again for that reason.
