I had been without heat for 5 days when I called Gemmills during very cold weather in December 2013. I had a service contract with another HVAC firm. They werent getting the job done and couldnt tell me when Id have heat. I called Serena at Gemmills about 1 pm. Bill call me back about 20 minutes later and said a technician would come to the house that day. He met me at 5pm when I got off work. The problem was assessed. Bill called me at 7am the next day to tell me the cost for a new furnace. The furnace was ordered. His technician met the truck at 2pm and they were installing it the next morning. I had heat when I got home from work. The technicians cleaned up everything. The next day Bill called to make sure everything was OK and we were warm before hed send out the invoice. Fantastic work and customer service!

They are very expensive and they didnt get the job done the first time. The flange on the toilet was not flush with the floor and had to be cut down. The first time they fixed it there was still a leak and they had to come back for a second visit. The second time the fixed it right and charged me $340.00. And if you need an estimate on additional work you wont get one. I would use Ken Greer Plumbing.

Technicians removed pipe fitting and capped it off. Total time spent, 20 minutes. Total parts cost $0.78. Bill over $200... Called the company and complained about charge and they adjusted the price. They said the technician made a mistake. I find that hard to believe as it is very simple to determine that the job was overpriced just by looking at the invoice.

They came out at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon to replace the pressure tank for my well that had just failed. Without them, I wouldnt have had water over the weekend, which would have been tough after bringing in hay. Thank you so much Bill and the guys!

Had a pipe leaking pretty bad and Keith was here in 15 minutes the had it repaired in 10 minutes. Have used them for 20+ years and they have always taken good care of us. Nice, knowledgeable and friendly company.
