Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Company was supposed to call to set up a day and time for appointment, but just showed up with two employees banging on my door, talking on their cellphones. I didnt answer because I dont answer my door unless Im expecting someone, especially when I look outside and see two young kids with tattoos, talking on their cellphones and I cant see a name tag or vehicle with a description close-by. Since I didnt know they were coming a received a phone call about 10 minutes later with a rude lady telling me that her employees were there and they had other work to do and asking why I wasnt there opening my door. I explained to her that I didnt even know I had an appointment, much less that day, and that I was home but expected a phone call prior to arrival being that I dont just open my door, plus I have dogs I have to put away. I would prepare and then let them in, a few minutes later I open the door, one of the workers was still on his cell phone carrying on a personal conversation while asking me what the problem was and completing his work. They were rude and unprofessional, they finished in about 5 minutes said they were done and just walked out. A month later I received a bill for $125 saying they pulled something out of my garbage disposal and thats why it wasnt working. Which it still doesnt work properly and floods, but no worries Ill never call this company again to assist in any work, we could have done it ourselves had it not been for our leasing agency requiring we use someone.

Made a appointment three days ago for 8 am Thursday for my business and was told the plumbers had an emergency call and would get to me with no time given? WTH, my plumbing issue is an emergency too! I was here at 7:45. Kathy the receptionist is completely rude and needs customer service training. She told me about the emergency call and I stated that I didnt care about another persons plumbing problems because I have my own that need attention as she said, " I dont care if you care". Dynamite customer service Theresa Ziegler. Way to many competitors out there to put up with this kind of service.

I called them for a water leak in my home. They thought they had figured out where the water was leaking from which was behind my refrigerator. So they charge $500 to replaced the water line behind the refrigerator in which was good all along to later find out that it wasnt the problem and the water was actually coming out of the filter of the refrigerator. So I spent $500 and the problem is still not fixed. They didnt apologies for misdiagnosing the problem or refund me some of my money back. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

I give them a 0 if I could. They installed a sink for me and I went out of state afterwards. Six weeks later I turn on the water and it leaks. I had previously discussed the seeming incompetence of the worker and now my opinion is vindicated. So I call to ask if they will stand behind their work and return to fix it, just dont send R. Well, they refused because I had told them I would post what happened (unflattering things) about them, including what I considered too high of a charge. DONT USE THEM!

Great service from Ziegler! Great service techs, polite and hard working and at a great price. Its the little details - I live next door to a daycare center. The kids were outside playing, and the tech obliged their request and honked the horn of the truck much to their delight. The had a ball watching the guys work, dirty job as it may be! As the techs were leaving, they honked again and waved at the kids. Thank you Doug and Quan!

Had them diagnose why i had intermediate loss of pressure in my water system, the guy said it was my main water line and gave me an estimate of a $3000 repair, had a friend give me a second opinion and found out my water softner was low on salt so it couldnt filter water, turned supply off going to it and water worked again, so ended up being a $5 fix

These people are frauds. They came out to pump my septic last year "supposedly" , but they didnt and they charged me for it. I called them and said they didnt come out while i was at my house but they said they did and charged me 275 for NOTHING! Dont use these guys! I hate liars and cheats and this company is that. I give them a negative number.

They came in an evening and fixed the sewer plugged up. Had all the equipment necessary to get clear to the street. GREAT JOB!!!!
