Had them out to look at fixing our AC System or quote us on a new one because it wasnt working properly. They said they could not fix our system but told us the cost of coming out to look at it would be taken off whatever new system we decided to buy. Next company that we had come out fixed our system on the spot. So they charged us for not fixing our system when we know now it obviously could have been fixed. They get two stars because they were up front about what it would cost and were generally nice to deal with. But they dont get more because they charged us for not helping us in any way. I recommend trying other places first.

Definately switching to another propane company ASAP! These people are a nightmare to deal with, service manager himself was INCREDIBLY rude, to think that people like this actually have a job in customer service is pathetic. The technician that came to the house was very kind, its unfortunate that I cant say the same about his supervisor. Called another company and set up for them to come out and switch later this month. Eshenaurs wont be getting my money ever again, or anyone else that we know. I will make sure of that.

Had dealt with them in the past. My husbands work took him out of town one cold weekend and I ran out of oil. My husband deals with that, not me so I was stuck to call for oil. An older gentleman came out and in no uncertain terms let me know how unhappy he was that I pulled him away from a movie he was watching and gave me the business. I was leery being alone in the basement with him and after he left felt demeaning.

Our heater stopped working. We called Eschenaurs at 8:30 this morning. The technician, Jeff Myers, was here by 9:30, and our heat was back on by 10:30. One of our friends recommended this company to us, and now were happy to recommend them to others. Mr. Myers was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions in a laypersons terms. Thank you!

This company is definitely money hungry. Charging fees for anything they can. If your looking for decent customer service this isnt the company to be dealing with. Representatives are rude and act like they dont want to be bothered. The worst oil company Ive had to deal with.
