Contacted this business via phone on behalf of a local youth athletic club. Female answering phone was very rude. Immediately sensed attitude in voice upon introducing myself. I realize answering phones, dealing with customers and solicitors is a thankless job. I am aware many small businesses are struggling and unable afford donations. I find no reason to treat a member of our community trying to help the youth of our community with such disrespect. Also disappointed in the apathy in her attitude. I hope the mechanics are good to compensate for the lack of customer service at their front desk.

Ive been taking my truck to Murph for 5 years now and never had 1 bad experience with him. All my repairs are done the same day and hes a mechanic you can trust. He wont sell you anything you dont need and prices are fair. Mechanics are hard to find that you can trust and wont sell you on repairs you dont need. I would highly recommend Murph to anyone...you wont be disappointed.

They are honest and fix your car right the first time, also stand behind their work, very nice to deal with. Ive been going there for over 20 years now, their customer service is excellent. Ive sent many people there to have their vehicle repaired and they have all returned when needed something done and thanked me for telling them about J & M auto repair

I purchased a car sight unseen, and J&M was the shop that did the inspection. They graciously poured over the vehicle with the list I had provided of things I wished checked, and did an excellent job. I received the list of items noted, and the pricing was more than fair. Id recommend them to anyone in the area.

I love J&M. They always get the job done. Murph will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and will even give you options so it doesnt cost you a fortune, unless its absolutely necessary of course. Wont take my truck anywhere else

Absolutely horrible experience. They had my car for 4 weeks and kept telling me they were working on it. The problem was simple and they did not fix it. STAY AWAY!!!!

Owner has a Good attitude but the mechanics are POOR-VERY POOR. THINGS ARE NOT DONE RIGHT-PARTS MISSING..STAY AWAY
