Exhaust pipe fell apart mid six hour road trip to visit family. Todd and the mechanic went out of their way to obtain the specific part needed from a warehouse a ways away to fix the vehicle. They had me back on the road within a couple hours. In addition, the cost was reasonable, in spite of this being an "emergency" situation. When I heard a rattling sound associated with the new part later in the trip, Todd stood by their work. He said I could stop by the next time I drove through the area, and they would take care of it at no additional charge. Sure enough, on my next road trip a month later, they were able to solve the problem within about an hour and have me on my way. Very happy with my experience, and only wish they were closer to home so I could use them routinely for my vehicles maintenance.

I was driving across PA on my way to Chicago when my 2500 chvy 6.6 Duramax fuel filter went out and i began loosing power. after visiting two Chevy dealers I was told it would be a day to get me back on the road. due to my work schedule that would not work for me. I found T1 online, called and told them my situation, they did not have my parts in stock but gave me dirrections to their garage and had the parts ordered and in house before I arived. Approx 20 min. they had me back on the road in an hour, new fuel filter installed and oil change. These guys are a great group and if Im ever in the area again I will revisit even if un-needed! thank you fellas! Eric(White chevy Diesel)

What nice people and service. I took my car in for an inspection and thought I also had a transmission problem. Team One, called and told me the transmission was fine, I needed a tune up. Time was an issue and I needed a vehicle, they provided me with a loaner, so I could leave my car. Thank You for working with me. The time before I was having a starting issue, with a new battery 3 weeks old, I did not think I needed a new battery. They checked the battery before doing anything, found it was bad, and sent me back -- no charge. Great people, they could have replaced an alternator or starter without me knowing the battery was the issue.

Horrible. Staff is rude. Mechanic damaged my flex pipe and heat shield during improper lifting at the same time did not stop the lift when there was several loud bad crunches. Manager heard it but never followed to check out the noise. Using overpriced parts and tried to charge 550 dollars for repairs they cause and got rude bad additude when i can find i can find it cheaper. Failed inspection crause of this. I want them to fix it for free. My flex pipe was heat shield was fine prior to this place. Had in pre inspected by a certified inspector.

Team 1 has been my go to shop for several years now. Ive had great experiences with the staff. Ive dealt with Todd and a couple of the techs directly and have never had a negative experience. The work has been top notch and every time Ive had an issue its been dealt with and resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. The rates are on par with other shops but the service is what shines. Theyve even helped me fix a few of my own screw ups when I tried and failed to do my own work. I feel i can recommend these guys to anybody.

I had to get a few different things done and they were able to get them done quickly, but what I was most impressed about was the way that the guy working there, Matt, would take me back to my car and show me the problem, how it was affecting the car and then when he had fixed it show me again so I knew how the part of the car should work. Liked the customer service and overall experience.

Great service. On Friday afternoon we had charging problems. We stopped at the first garage on one side of Bakers restaurant and he said it wasnt changing but being Friday he turned us away. I believe it was Shoemakers. He pointed us to Team One. What an awesome place. Todd was great and so were the servicemen. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again. Patty.

I was so pleased with their friendly service and their VERY reasonable prices! I certainly wont be going back to chains like Jiffylube that rip you off. As a woman I appreciated that I was treated with respect instead of being hit on like I have been accustomed to in auto shops. My car is now a thumbs up and so is Team One Auto Group in Dillsburg, Pa!

Weve had good experiences with this location. One thing that we would like to see is the increase of flexibility with the scheduling of an oil change where we were going to wait for it to be completed. The only time that they offer, at this point in time, is 7:30 am. Another location was contacted and they offered more flexibility for that service.

I have been through many Mechanics over the years and would say Team One in Dillsburg is the best. They do not try and get you to do repairs you do not need there prices are reasonable and they do good work. I travel 20 miles out of my way because I trust them and saying that about a car repair shop these day is few and far between.

Got a flat tire on our way through to NY. Called them to see if we could come in immediately, and Todd said no problem. They let us bring in our nervous dogs, and they fixed the tire (valve stem was loose) in 10 minutes for free. A less reputable place would have replaced the entire tire and charged out the wazoo. Thanks Todd!
