Third vehicle I have had go through there. Im done Ill pay the shop up the road. Im tired of this place costing me more money. Yet again this time its the adjuster. They screwed up last time. They aligned three tire and left one. This time they snapped the bolt. The last vehicle I had done there the oil plug was not tight. Leaked constantly til we also had it blow up the motor. Yet another of my vehicles went there. Three days later I had to take it to another garage and have New ball joints put in. Ive been nice but this is uncalled for. You have now left me with no vehicle to drive till I can fix the expensive hard that had to be replace. Oh thats just wonderful. Consider thats how you do good business......wrong. please who ever heads up they place dont contact me. I wont allow you guys near none of my cars again. This is ridiculous.

My 18 year old son went in for an estimate to have his brakes worked on. The estimate was for $300, but he was later charged $650. Despite not knowing much about cars, I could have bought the parts from AutoZone for $120, fix them myself for free, and taken the whole neighborhood out for dinner. I think it is horrible that Precision Tune took advantage of a kid that way. We will never recommend Precision Tune to anyone...and I know a lot of people.

SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MATT WHEN HE WAS THERE AND NOW JAMES THEY ALL SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND TALKING ABOUT MY HUSBAND HAS TAKEN ALL 3 TRUCKS UP THERE WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL I HAVE BEEN TAKEN MY CAR THERE TOO BUT TODAY IT WILL COST ME OVER 2000.00 TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED I THINK IT TIME TO BURY THE CAR IT WAS BORN ON SEPT. 2002 WITH 193.457 MILES ON IT SO ITS THAT TIME TO SAY GOOD BYE SELLING FOR 300.00

I purchased a Groupon with reservation, however, I was beyond pleased with the restoration of the lights on my Chrysler Crossfire. I just had it detailed elsewhere and they were unable to restore the lights that were dim from oxidation. The corporate manager and this garage manager were professional and dealing with them was a pleasure. Dont hesitate to have your lights restored there.
