I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2013. I decided to go with my insurance carriers "network shop" in order to avoid any issues with workmanship because they offered a lifetime warranty on all repairs. The workmanship on the repairs that cost the insurance carrier around 9k looked good on the outside. The first thing to go was my engine liner, it was zipped tied to the vehicle and flung off in the highway almost causing an accident. I took it back and was replaced with a brand new liner, only to find out that the clips that where used to hold it together began to fall off. (They didnt use the vehicle originals) Months later the workmanship showed its true colors. My front bumpers paint started to peel, the bumper itself started to come off and my headlights bulbs just died. My vehicle had aftermarket HID bulbs which they charged me additionally for because only one was damaged in the accident. Months later it stopped working because of a short (it was installed incorrectly). They replaced it. This time they lasted a bit longer, only to blow out again. I had a specialist remove them at DSP Auto only to tell me that someone had drilled a hole on the back of both headlights to facilitate the installment and run the wires through there. This is why the bulbs would burn out, water and moisture would get into the headlamp and burn the bulbs. I took my car back to their shop to get repainted. I asked that they call me when the job was complete. I never got a call back, i had to hunt them down and ask if my vehicle was complete. Hector stated the vehicle was complete and was ready. I had to go pick up my vehicle after their work hours only to find that my vehicle was outside the shop with a completely flat right rear tire, the bumper was sticking out from the sides and bumper clips where on the windshield. I was forced to leave the vehicle there again. I followed up and they said the repairs where done again. Finally the front bumper looked good. Days later it started coming off again, the blue they had put on the sides of the bumper began to come off. I have emailed them and the insurance carrier advising them to repair my car and now all of a sudden all the damages are not related and not covered. I have begun legal proceedings against this body shop. Do not, DO NOT use their services. Im a pretty easy going guy, and never even asked for a rental vehicle due to the inconvenience of their poor workmanship. I will see you guys in court with all documents and pictures proving my case. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! After recently making my last payment on my 2015 Honda, someone nearly totaled it. My heart was crushed that the insurance company would not total it! I thought for sure I would never ever see my baby the same way again! The damage was extensive so it took a reasonable amount of time to repair which I expected for the severity. I was so worried it would never come out the same however, I was updated along the way with photos from Hector and Julio as it was being rebuilt. It felt like they held my hand through one of the toughest moments which made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was still very worried. None-the-less, my baby did come out on the other side after reconstruction, painting with a beautiful smile. I could not beleive it was the same car. I swore they bought me a new car and just threw my old one out. I honestly could it have been more happy with the outcome! Absolutely NOTHING like what I expected to end up with! I am SO HAPPY I cannot thank New Again enough for what they were able to do and how well they walked me through it. Hector knew I was very upset but he assured me the whole way through and I truly feel like I was blessed. To top it off, my baby was even delivered to my house 10 miles away. You guys (Hector and Julio) are simply amazing. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I promise to refer my family. PS Thank you also for the free oil change! You really cant find a shop anymore where you feel comfortable with the level of service, trust that the job will be done right and that you arent being taken advantage of when its time to pull out the credit card. These places just dont exist right? Wrong You just havent made your way to New Again auto repair yet. I chanced upon this shop when my local dealership wanted to sign my firstborn away for a front end result after an accident. The first thing I encountered was a friendly and open atmosphere. Everything was 100% above board, with a comprehensive picture layout of the entire process. Hector and Julio explained exactly what they were going to do, and as I left the keys to my beloved Ford I felt at ease in doing so. When the car was ready I came back and to my astonishment I couldnt even recognize that Id ever been in an accident. The paint was immaculate, the fenders perfectly straight and it ran as good as it looked. I would recommend this shop to anyone, any time. They do amazing work and are completely fair with the price. If you want to turn a frustrating experience like car repair into one of ease and comfort, you need to go to New Again I know I will!

This is an independently owned and operated car repair service in Silver Spring. I took my 2003 Toyota Camry there yesterday morning after it wouldnt start because I was looking for a place very near by. The owner was able to examine my car right away and made a preliminary diagnosis of a dead battery. He gave me the option to get a Toyota battery or one that was "off brand", and reported the prices and amount of time it would take for either. He was able to have an off-brand battery delivered in about 10 minutes, replaced the battery, and then did an extra check to make sure the alternator was working correctly. All in all, he had my car back in working condition about 30 minutes after Id arrived. Charged me for 30 minutes of labor, the battery part, and zero diagnostics. Very friendly and affordable.

Working with Hector and Julio at New Again Autobody was a unique pleasure in-that we had to bring our vehicles in for autobody work and the outcome every single time over many years has been A+. The service was excellent, the follow-up is on-point, workmanship is clearly very skilled and the team is very nice. My wife and I are glad to have a contact like this when we need them. Hopefully not too much in the future (if you know what I mean). However, when going through an accident it really helps to know that a well-skilled shop like this exists. It truly takes away many worries that typically come after an accident. They are true "artists" in their trade. Thanks guys! Mike

I happen to be introduced to The New Again Auto through my insurance company while I had a problem on my airbag. The day I called New Again Auto and Julio answer the phone and I explained to him what happen and he told me he is going to call me back after he set up the tow car. He immediately called back and asked me if the car is starting and I told him yes and in 10 minutes he came and he drove the car to his auto shop. When I received my car back my Pilot was as brand new as it was, thoroughly cleaned, little things repaired for free and most of all I like both Hector and Julio their truthfulness and professionalism. I recommend anyone to try New Again Auto.
