These people are scam artist. The first time I came in, Eric told me that the nail that was stuck in my tire was too big to plug so I had to buy a new tire. I explained that I didnt have the money and all of sudden he was able to plug it temporarily. Two weeks later I came back & purchased a brand new tire. Less then 2 weeks went by & j noticed my tire had a nail in it so I went back & Eric plugged it, charging $15 now instead of $10. I drove off, noticed my air pressure was low & less than 10 minutes the tire exploded. When I returned to the shop, Eric told me that I hit something & he refused to do anything. He told me that I needed to buy another tire (smh). Im going to contact the owner & the local news. Based on other reviews about this place they have a history of scamming customers.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I work 3 doors down from this establishment at the Hyatt Place hotel so for convenience this place cant be beat... How ever I took my SUV there to have the wiper motor replaced and while doing the work they cracked my windshield!!!! They then refused to pay for a replacement!!!!! In an effort to resolve the issue, I offered to split the cost and they agreed, I waited and waited and waited.... Finally after getting it replaced on my own because the crack began to grow. They than refused to honor the agreement!!!! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT $77.00 !!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I went there to check my car tires and engin starter I ended up fixing my tire only.because those guys working there are rough and rude. They dont look professionals. When you ask the manager or superior no body tell you. I wont go again. They dont deserve even one star.

Never had such an experience in my 3 years of residing in Washington DC. These guys are professionals and exhibited such during my visit. My co-worker always visited and confessed to have received such a treatment. Washington DC!!! Lets patronize them and likewise spread the good news.

Never again they charge you all this money for repairs you bring your vehicle In one way it comes out another lost pieces to my tire and rim.
