I dont know what this is but definitely not a place to get your car serviced. On several occasions I tried to bring my car here they always seem to find a reason to NOT work on my car. This time I called and spoke with a very polite guy I believe his name is James. I asked about pricing for breaks and roters. He gave me an estimate. He asked when I wanted to come in I said ummm... He said you can come today (it was 4 pm when I called) I said oh you have time today he said it will only take 45 minutes I said okay Ill be there no later than 5:45pm. I get here and a worker said we cant look at your car until tomorrow. I said I just spoke with someone. He said I dont know why they would tell you that. He said did you want to schedule something. I said no thanks and left. This is what I experience all the time but this will be my last time trying to use this establishment. They are the worst!

Dropped truck off at 7am. Had exhaust problem which i thoroughly explained. Call at 12:30 because no one updated me as promised. I was told my truck would be next to be pulled in.....wtf has been going on past 5 hrs? I call back at 2:30 because I still havent received an estimate of repair. Told techs looking will call me back.....no call. I call again at 5pm, finally told they cant do exhaust work. Guess theyre not "Complete Auto Care. " wasted entire day and never repaired truck,didnt even have common decency to tell me. Luckily I wad able to get to Midas 3 blocks away 5 minutes before they closed. They of course do exhaust repair. Now I see why woman in front of me wanted another opinion. Dont let them waste ur time too. They didnt even offer an apology or any attempt at reconciliation. Poorest service

If I could rate this business as less than 1 star, I would. Our truck, for a business, was scheduled for completion last night and pickup this morning. This morning it was due by 12:00 pm. Then the part was going to be delivered by 1:00 pm, and we would have the truck by 2. At 2:30 the technician was working on the truck "right now", and would be done anytime. Now, at 3:00, the technician has not started work, and we should have it by 6:30. Utterly disgraceful, and the indifference and callousness with which they have handled this matter and hurt our business is painful even to see. For shame. For shame, gentlemen, for shame.

GO TO ANOTHER FIRESTONE!! I went here to get an alignment done because my steering wheel was off center, it was turned to the right.. I dropped my car off and waited for 4 hours to get it done..When I got my car back, I test drove it to see if it was good. The steering wheel was still off center, but this time it was turned to the left! So I brought it back so they could fix it because its warranted. Instead of them fixing it, I got the car back with the steering wheel off center to the right again! Dont waste your time or money with these people because they obviously dont know what their doing.

Great work and great customer service. I took my Mazda in to have the air conditioning repaired. They did a great job sourcing local parts to save me money on having to pay dealer prices for them. After they provided my my estimate it turned out that there was still one additional part they required, but since they left it off the original estimate they didnt charge me for it. Furthermore, since the repair extended over the course of a few days (due to acquiring parts) they provide a discount (which I didnt ask for, they offered) off the total service cost. I take all my cars here for repairs.

Very honest and reliable. My Camry had considerable problems stalling at red lights. They put a tremendous amount of effort into finding and fixing the problems. And the cost for all they did turned out to be much lower than I thought. They also avoided replacing an expensive part and instead simply cleaned the existing one. Ive been bringing my cars here for several years now and no longer go to the dealers. They were also very responsive, which I appreciated. They do a great job and never charge me an arm and a leg.

Needed brake work on a Sunday when many shops are closed and it had to be ready the same day. Dropped the car off early in the morning. Was concerned when at 4:30 they had not called and would be closing in 30 minutes. Manager apologized for not calling. They had fallen behind but would be staying open later and would have the job done, which they did. Even though I did not have an appointment I felt it took longer than it should of, but at least the got it done the same day by staying open late.

Shipped my new tires to this Firestone to have them installed. Called and came at 10 am on a work day. The tires we installed at 2 pm...... The car sat idle on a hydraulic lift for ~1.5 hrs... Terrible!! Well, I got a $20 off for that.... and now I know that a 20 min job can be done in a 1/2 a day. Summary: the place is awfully busy, but the stuff is no in any rush at all to get things done faster. Will never ever come here again.

Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment for an oil change. They quoted me $30. I said I needed synthetic oil, and they said $30. I asked, "Are you sure, synthetic is usually more expensive." They replied, "With your discount, it will be $30." I went this morning to get the oil changed...they told me it will be $105. They apologized for the misquote. Incompetent or thieves...you decide.

I came here for an oil change. They said that it would take two hours. Almost three hours in I inquired about the vehicle, and found out that they had not even started working in the vehicle yet. Update: after FOUR hours, as I walked back from lunch, they saw me and decided to pull my vehicle in for an oil change. I was livid. Didnt let them do it. Im never setting foot again in this place.

This place is awesome!! I go here all the Time and I am a female they never try to rip me off they are honest good people! They always have coupons and Ive never had a problem with any of the coupons!!! My boyfriend dropped 5$ walking out the door and the employee came chasing after us to return it!! If you want good honest service and a place to bring your car for life go to firestone!!!!

They have very good mechanics, but I must say that the customer service there is NOT very good. They never call to tell you that your vehicle is ready. You have to call and ask yourself, and if you need something specifically checked out, you need to make sure they write it down. If not, it wont get checked.
