Absolutely the worst experience here! They are completely rude and unprofessional! If you ask to speak to a manager the receptionist gives you an attitude and then the manager is too scared to even talk to the customer when they are upset about the horrible service! Not only did they mess up my spray tan they said it was my fault that it went wrong! I have been spray tanned before so I knew what to do to prepare for the tan and what to do for the aftercare. They also say that they do not give refunds but no where does it say this in their salon or on the website. They do offer a complimentary service but after the way they treat you Im not sure why anyone would want to go back to them for another service for them to screw up! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! No wonder why they never have any customers in there!

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. I looked like Rachel from Friends circa 1998. My stylist talked NON-STOP about herself, it was annoying and unprofessional. Not to mention, she was so involved with talking she didnt listen to what I asked and my hair came out horible! Never going back. And their bathrooms look like a high school locker room. Ugly.

I see Amber K. for my cut and color ever 6-8 weeks and she does a phenomenal job each and every time. Patty is a phenomenal esthetician who when she waxes I never feel pain. Love these ladies!
