I went to Meron for a deep conditioning and a hair cut Sept 23, 2015. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I thought they were experienced with African American hair, but I have never seen some of the methods they use (and I have been to several salons across the country). They had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE; the ladies who worked there only said about 5 words to me the entire time. I doubt they can speak English, which wouldnt be the end of world if they at least acknowledged me! The women avoided eye contact and treated me like I was a burden, rather than a customer. So rude. I was uncomfortable the whole time. The young man who styled my hair tried to engage me in some conversation, but he decided to be "creative" with my hair and cut wayyy too much off! He did what HE wanted, not what I wanted. >_< On top of that, they charged me $80 for a conditioning and hair cut. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Worst experience ever. We waited 2 hours just for a wash. Our appointment was for a wash and braids. After waiting 2 hours to have the hair washed, my little one sat one a chair for 30 minutes with her wet hair. She charged me $15 for that and let us leave with wet hair without any apologies. But note that we had an appointment. This is the worst customer service ever. The owner is very manipulative and if you are abasha, you are priority. I have been going there and always leave unhappy. This experience is just too much. Dont go there.....

The first time, the woman (Yaniera) gave a decent haircut for my daughter. This time she would not listen to me and barely glanced at the pictures I was trying to show her. At the end, I said it was way to short... not what I was asking for. She said "but it is summer coming, so you need short." I said "that was NOT your decision to make!!!" Terrible experience. Will never go back.

I was charged 35$ only for blow dry after haircut! Normally, it is free or about 5 to 10 dollars. They gave me a 55$ bill for a mediocre haircut. I could spend this money on a very good hair salon. Just wanted to save some money that I chose to go to the Wheaton Mall. Be sure that how much money you need to pay before you ask for a service. The woman was very manipulative.

I think this is one of........ THE WORST HAIR SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. When I went there once a man styled my hair he cut like 5 inches of my hair which is a lot and I didnt even want it.
