All the reviews that ur reading are exactly what I have experienced from this post office n mail carriers no one cares. I went on Sat 10-15-16 n spoke with a mang for the third time n a yr n Im told the same story that theyll check n2 n this shouldnt happen I recieve other people mail on a daily n showed the manager n she was like ok but postal masters should do something about this facility n workers because if some neighbors werent honest n the company have 2 replace the item n know some companies wont deliver again 2ur home address if this constantly happens because of the risk n this is a big inconvenience, and as for the sign in the window or door they pay that no attention they still leave the package so ur forced 2use another address just 2get ur package delivered 2the right address 10 thumbs down 4this post office!!! I ride across town just 2get better service n obviously the Post Master doesnt read our concerns n issues because nothing has change n we pay taxes no one cares hoping for a miracle!!!

Terrible customer service. I called today to find out where my package is, FEDEX tracking told me that the package was at this location. The gentleman cut me off before I could even ask my question, I live in DC and he felt as though I shouldnt be calling there. He gave me the "number to my Post Office" which didnt even ring it must have been the fax number. Now the post office refuses to answer the phone which leads me to believe that he purposely gave me the wrong number. I am dissatisfied because he didnt even attempt to answer my question or be helpful. Oh he also was happy to let me know that he had customers in front of him. Guess they were more important. Will be calling customer service and expressing my dissatisfaction with them too.

I watch for the second time my mail lady drop off my mail and not knock or ring my door bell for my package.When I call and tell them they just say "okay". One time I was in another room waiting on my mail and she again dropped off my mail and did not knock for me to sign for important documents I was waiting for. I missed her and had to drive up to the post office to get my stuff AGAIN! It works like this... if you got to sign... forget about it. If they can just drop it off and keep it pushing then you are okay. I didnt even get a slip. The post office people dont care. They never apologize nor seem interested in saying anything to her.

Came to get my package. They looked for it for 30 mins. Told me it was not there. Than I asked to speak to a manager b|c I had my tracking info right there for them in my phone saying that my package was at THIS post office, and they kept telling me they dont know why it saids what it said b|c my package isnt there. The manager suggested that I give him my phone number in case something comes up with the package cause it may be late. So I give it to him & I leave. Than 1hr later The manager calls me and saids "Weve found your package, but the post office about to close maam" I was so disappointed never again.

i dont know what is going on with this place....according to the usps tracker my order says that they attempted to deliver it 2 times. the first time the address was not usable but the second time is says that it was delivered to the front door/porch of the same address...the thing bout that is that i live in an apartment building. when i called them they gave me a number that is not in service, so when called back they said they dont know i have to keep calling and hang up... DONT US THEM!!! THEY TAKE PPLS ORDERS!!!

My roommate just recently called checking on a package of hers and the person who answered the phone was just rude she was already told by one post office her package was delivered to the temple hills location which was supposed to be delivered Sunday and never came. Me on the other hand was supposed to have two delivered as well I checked my tracking number and both were just sitting in Temple hills Maryland post office and no mention of being out for delivery. They really do suck

This Post Office sucks! We ordered a chair, and they tried to say it was delivered. Ive been waiting on the package all day. I saw the post man downstairs. He never brought up a box, but sends and alert to my wife phone saying its delivered. Just now we were expecting more packages to come. We been waiting all day. Of course they send an alert, but no packages. They need to shut this Post Office down!!!!! The drivers are either stealing or dropping it off at the wrong place!

Terrible service so they ship both my items to the wrong address even though the package had my right address on it luckily someone brought one package back the other package never got sent back to me I guess the address they sent it too decided to keep it I called the post office to tell them about it and all they could tell me was oh it sent to the wrong address call the ppl you order your stuff from to let them know. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE !!

Awful customer service 99% of the time. As such, I refuse to patronize this office. There is always a line. The last time I went, line was out to the personal mailboxes. There was only one person working behind counter. I asked manager why she couldnt help, she told me she was not trained to work behind the counter. Yet, she was "overseeing" what the other person was doing?! This office needs to be shuttered . . . post haste!

Ive only had a problem with this post office once and they did everything they could to rectify it. My mail carrier is a gem and and whenever Ive gone to the office, the staff was very courteous. Considering the traffic in and out of that branch and the fact that Ive only seen 1-2 clerks at a time, Im quite impressed by their performance. The Ward Place branch can learn a LOT from this staff.

Ive had too many issues with this office, you can never get a hold of someone because the line is always busy, they dont redeliver packages even when you do the proper redelivery request online, and many things have been "lost". And there are times where they never leave a slip stating a delivery has been attempted. This office need to read these complaints and fix how they do things there.

Im giving only a 3 star rating because they dont seem to be very helpful when it comes to lost or mis-delivered pkgs. 3 missing pkgs in Aug 2016 alone. Had to put up a sign in my front door. Dont know if its the mailam or thieves. I also think they need to do a better job with sorting the mail before they send the mailman to deliver it. ALWAYS seem to get other mail for other people.

Liars, said that they attempted to deliver a package to me but the mail box was too full (bull). What I was having delivered is a big box that weighs approximately 35 lbs. that will definitely not fit in a mailbox. Besides I live in a house with a porch, that the package would have plenty of space to sit on The reason I gave them 1 star is because you couldnt give them no stars
