I am working on getting my Passport here its my first Passport so when I get picture of myself and everything I cant wait but I asked them questions for them though I cant wait to get my passport I am 25 years old gotta get it I will be 26 years old this year its all myself Deonte Lamar Merritt getting my stuff this the age to get it they said must bring my birth certificate my birth records or any birth information like newspapers but I got to asked that question I was born in 1991 so if I give them a newspapers article on the day I was born from The Washington Post on the day and the year I was born which is on October 26, 1991 as birth announcements I got on my birth certificate even when I was born the event of all even when the time of my birth when I was born and when the date it was filed that same year 1991 my birth year I got everything but is that or something I think I dont know thats what they are talk about I am going to order the day I was born newspapers but it would come in handy cause thats what it said on the application and its 130$ that would credit and plus fee that maybe bring that they said its proof then my State Issue Identity document which is a ID and other stuff so I am working it all as I speak getting it all done in 2017 as a adult a man I am today like everybody else it feels good getting my stuff so yeah thats all my focus of what I need to get done but I am praying and hoping I get the job at Papa Johns Pizza in Bladensburg, Maryland if I get the job and get hired I would save up money to get my U.S. Passport and the Newspapers on the Day I was born its all myself my life and getting it all myself Deonte Lamar Merritt getting it Deonte at that how far I come growing up to this moment as man now its doing it all step by step my Dad the more things I do the more better I feel of getting done as a person I am doing that also I filled my information and my parents information too.

Rude!!!! I called because I tracked my package and it said it was at the post office. I also realized that I had had to pick it up because its something I have to sign for and I work during the day. I asked when it would be available for pickup? She went on a rant saying that the don’t go to through the mail and that its out for delivery. I simply asked when my package would be available for pickup? Every time I need something from this post office its an issue. Never have any issues with FED EX or UPS. One time they held on to a check of mine for 2 weeks. they claimed that my mail box was broken. No one notified me they just didn’t deliver my mail for 2 weeks I actually had to call them to find this out.

This is one of the best post office in the entire United States! High Quality Customer Service awaits you whenever you do business in this post office, whether in person or over the phone. I am particularly impressed by the courteousness, politeness, high professionalism and customer-focused manner in which Ms. Vanzetta at the Passport Application section communicate with her customers. I have talked with Ms. Vanzetta at least four different times over the phone in regards to a passport application and the quality of her service and knowledge in the field is unparalleled. Thank you USPS, for deploying Ms. Vanzetta to serve our community. We are proud of her!

I never have a good customer experience while in greenbelt... They never answer the phone. The manager wouldnt look for my packages and said they would be returned to shipper because of missing apt number. But i was able to reschedule delivery once i got home via the phone because a manager is unable to do this ? Good thing for robots! Humans have no customer service skills in 2017!

I needed to get things mailed out and it was easy! I really appreciate their customer service and they are helpful and understanding people. They took their time to make sure my packages were not damaged and were efficient, also polite their efforts to better help me. Best postal service location Im the College Park area.

One of the better Post Offices in the area. I like how they leave a big tub out for those of us who have Prepaid Parcels. Once I did hear a supervisor SCREAMING at the employees in the back... and... there is a younger lady who works at the desk sometimes who is rude....thats why Im only giving it 4 stars.

Moved to Greenbelt last February and I must admit that my Postoffice experience here has been the best ever. The staff are friendly, courteous and very Helpful. The Manager has even come out to help when it gets a little busy. My best Postoffice experience ever.

We have a business here in Greenbelt and almost weekly our mail is either delivered to the wrong floor, or not delivered at all. Today our mail was delivered to the floor below us, and our outgoing mail hasnt even been picked up ! This is beyond ridiculous !!!!

Always helpful staff. Very friendly! Easy self serve kiosk if mailing a small or flat rate package. Packaging supplies usually available. Our mailman is even a great help daily. So A+ service all around! Highly recommend!

They have repeatedly lost my mail. Packages will be listed as delivered on a date when we were home all day, but never delivered, and they have refused to claim any responsibility.
