I am a member at the Capital Clubhouse Gym. I was looking to check this place out for a new place to workout and meet singles. After reading the reviews I decided to try. Walked in, employee at the desk was so rude and full of apathy. He wouldnt make eye contact with me. The first thing I said was "Hi I was looking to check this place out! Do you offer day passes? His response "Uggh yeah" while holding a phone to his ear. Then he proceeded to take a call that was waiting because I heard him say "welcome to ..." Then a customer came in and he reached for their pass from beside me to scan it. I couldnt believe what was happening here. I looked around, turned my head, grabbed my things and left. This place is a complete management FAILURE. I will NEVER return.

I am currently a member and it has not been the best experience. I signed up for the personal trainer and was rip off they draw and write things on paper . Which makes it hard to follow . the price that they tell you will be different then what your charged. You will pay all this money for 26 minutes of personal training at least 4,000. We have No hot water for showers as 3/6/17 and today is the 11th of march . Nothing works properly they dont give you proper cleaning supplies to clean the equipment after work out . Most ppl dont even do it .

The WORST customer service! My husband and I had a 7pm appt for a tour. When we arrived the guy at the desk was on his cell phone and acted as if we were invisible. When he finally said "may l help you" we we told our tour person left for the day. He never offered to help us or find someone who could. Another guy came over and said he and his female coworker was busy we can wait a while or come back tomorrow to see the guy. Horrible, we will NOT be back!

BUYER BEWARE read this review before joining manager and staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsistent. Even though manager (Deirdre. P.) signed me up personally she told me I was trespassing during my workout and when I asked her to print my membership card she proceed to create a scene and embarss me all this after being a member for only three weeks will not be returning ever.

I just called to speak to a membership consultant about signing up. I asked about the initiation fee online. She tells me that shes unfamiliar with the online process and told me to come in person to sign up. She was rude and uninterested. Then I asked to hand the phone to someone who is familiar with the process. It was ridiculous. Ill just stick with my gym.

Went in to tour the gym and check membership prices. We got the "hard sell", you must sign up tonight or the deal will be gone .Every time we told him that we were not interested, he came up with another deal that "ends tonight". After he trash talked all the other gyms in the area, we were done. I will not be joining LA Fitness.

I just walked out of LA Fitness. I was unable to get any information on the facility. I was told to come back in an hour b/c there was no sales people currently working. I was very disappointed to get any good customer service. What do you expect, look at the,a re a I live in.

Rude employees, packed gym and once again horrible staff! It was one guy that worked here when they first opened up, he was very nice, caring and attentive to all of the gym members and people in general. They need to bring him back!
