In addition to a place for workout, the area behind the gym, with the storm water pond and surrounding trees, is a place full of wild lives - beavers, turtles, rabbits, and all sorts of birds! I saw more than 10 species of birds just from a single walk.

I love the gym great staff and equipment everything is always clean and there is always someone on the floor to help you. The people who run kids space are amazing as well my kids love going in there to have fun while their mama is working out :)))

The staff is awesome! Mr. Denny, Bill, Emma, Dora, Brandon, Rita, Jeff, JoAnn are all fabulous! Seeing them daily makes my day! Facility is very clean. Patrons are generally friendly.

One of the best gyms that Ive been to. Has a great amount of equipment (workout equipment, basketball court, pool, etc). Its also clean and well maintained. A great place to workout.
