My son Katai, has been going here since he was 5 months old. For any mother that knows the realities of what a child needs, La Petite is amazing. They have an app that lets you know everything that is happening with your LO. (when he poops, pees, how many ounces he drank, food hes eating, buggy rides, books, learning activities) I even get cute funny pictures daily, Which lets me know the women are bonding with my baby. I know he is being taken care of. As soon as he gets in the classroom, he doesnt even mind that I am leaving him for the day, which means he is happy while hes there. It is true they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Most parents that complain on here are the same ones that get mad when someone changes a babys clothes because a BM got the clothes dirty, like somehow it was the caretakers fault that the baby took a nasty poop. ( Unrealistic!) Every daycare has babies that are going to move to different rooms towards the end of the day. They are not going to pay a caretaker to stay extra hours when that baby could be put in another room that is within the ratio. This is a business keep in mind. They are flexible to anything I ask them to do, NEVER any judgement and they always follow through. I have 0 complaints! As long as you have open dialogue and tell the caretakers what you expect (because every baby is different, no 2 are the same) you will never have issues. Its usually the parents that complain about things behind closed doors who have a terrible time with daycares and they usually have a problem with every daycare (just my experience.)

This place is a DUMP! The classrooms are filled with children of all ages. The student to teacher ratio is way beyond the LEGAL limit. These people are extremely unorganized and do not seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. Im sorry but you are dealing with children and a certain level of professionalism is expected. If you leave your child here do not expect them to learn anything or even to be safe. The facility is disgusting and the people running it do not seem to care. I will be calling the corporate office and informing them of this. I am assuming they do not care or they would not have allowed this to happen. The state will be hearing about this as well I can promise you that. You people should be ashamed. Truly ashamed. You have no right dealing with any child anywhere. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE.

My 15 month old son really appears to enjoy his time at La Petite. He has blossomed since being enrolled January 2012. I appreciate the fact he has his special "Mrs. Cindy" and "Mrs. Vanessa" who welcome him everything morning. He started off with Mrs. Vanessa on the non-mobile side infant side, but moved over to the mobile infant side with Mrs. Cindy at 10 months (when he started walking). Mrs. Leah is now slowly starting to introduce him to the "twos room"(because of his level of activity) but not taking him too fast which would be detrimental to us all. I pray and hope he continues to get the reassurance, love, and support at school that he does at home. It appears as if that is the case now and hopefully it shall continue. Cam Cams mom

My son has been at La Petite in Waldorf since he was 7 weeks old. The team there has loved him, cared for him and educated him for the last two and a half years. Vanessa, Cindy, and Cynthia have years of experience and infinite love for those in their care. My son loves to go to school and really doesnt want to come home. He is too busy playing and learning. Donna, Vicki and the team listen to parents and childrens educational and dietary needs. They support parents and they recognize the need for independent play combined with fun and energetic learning activities. We have trusted them, and they have included us as family. We are moving to follow our work, and the hardest thing is knowing that we are leaving behind our La Petite family.

To Bob Smith I go there and it is fun and u need to apologize for your actions on here and its fun okay so if you need anything to say about La Petite say it to my face cuz I go there and I help out there and its very fun for kids so if u have a child bring your child to La Petite and no boring place like childtime. Ive been at La Petite for 3 years. I dont know how you can be rude Bob Smith because what you really said really hurt my feelings too cuz I am going to show it to my new derector there and see what she says about you and your words.

La Petite is a wonderful neighborhood center that has a very homey feeling. From the time I walk through the front door to when I drop my child off in his class I am greeted warmly. The new manager - Mrs. Donna is professional, caring and it is clear that she has a great understanding of child development. The teachers are attentive and provide great activities for the children. Mrs. Vicky is awesome - always there to lend a hand. We have enjoyed our time at La Petite and would reccommend this center.

I would have to agree with bob smiths comment, this place is HORRIBLE. The rooms are over stuffed with kids of ALL ages. No matter what time of day it is, my child is always in another room. The teachers seem stressed, management turns over very fast. I toured with one lady but yet always have to deal with another lady named Vicky, very rude. She has yet to have a conversation with me or my child. Very over priced for the quality of care given. It’s ashamed corporate can’t see this there-self
