My children have attended Randallstown Kids Academy since 2012. I am VERY picky when it comes to daycare for my children, having pulled my children out of 3 daycares before finding this one. When I walked in and saw the children being free and having a great time, then spoke with Ms. Beverly, I immediately felt comfortable here. One of my daughters has Autism, and I warned the director of her high level of anxiety as well as some of the behaviors she was coping with keeping under control, but neither he nor Ms. Beverly seemed phased. At first, my daughter was afraid to hang out with the rest of the children (due to bad experiences with the other daycares), but everyone looked out for her, and they were so infinitely patient with her that she eventually became, not only comfortable, but HAPPY to be there! I will be forever grateful to this staff for how they have brought her out of her shell. Her and her twin sister are now in 5th grade, and this may be their last year here due to relocation, but if I could keep them here, I absolutely would. Every day when they come home, their homework is not only done, but done CORRECTLY. My son, who is now in middle school and no longer attends, still comes in to chat with the staff when we pick up the girls, because they developed a real relationship while he was there. I have not met a daycare staff more genuinely interested in caring for the children that attend their facility. To be at work and not have to worry about whether or not your children are being properly cared for while you are not there is an invaluable thing!

I hate this place Mr.Duke all he cares about is MONEY and a child there had been abusing my three year old son and Mr.Duke laughed when I asked him about. My son has been abused by a boy named Landon repeatedly and I can never tell my son Im sorry enough. Mr.Duke gets over on people and lies to people he told me he worked something out with me had me sign the vouchers over to him and then never worked anything out with me. He played me. He doesnt help take care of the kids he just sits in his office and banks money I pray I find a good place one day. I like the staff have nothing but good things to say about SOME of them. Mr.Duke is the issue here. Safety is not a care here how many times has little boy hurt my son he bit my son he broke his finger and tore his teeth into his skin over and over Mr.Duke told me it all happen but laughed and said o thats just how boys are I just cried because this child kept abusing son over and over everyday his name is LANDON Mr.Duke wont put him put him out because he wants the money pleass ask if LANDON is still there that kid is a troll I hope he gets what he deserves one day and he will abuse and hurt your children trust me or you will be sorry

I am a parent that attended Randallstown Kids Academy when I was age 2 thru 6. My experience as a child was amazing and I loved the staff. My experience was educationally enheightened because the lesson plans supported what I learned in school. Now that I am a parent, I am seeing first hand the love and care that Randallstown kids chidlcare offers to my two children. My one year old is well taken care of and loved. I enjoy getting the daily reports that I recieve daily. My Three year old is learning spanish, sign language, abc, numbers and reading sentences. I would never have my children attended another center because Randallstown KIds has a 27 year track record of taken great care of children. Any business that has been around for 27 years is doing great service in the community. I have and will continue to recommend new families to attend the center. After hearing about the negative comments, I sat in the office of the center and went on line to address the false statements. Thanks, Mrs.Deana Moore

I would never allow my child there ever again nor would I ever recommend that you send your children there. The owner...mr duke lacks empathy and respect for the parents who pay his rent and send their children here. He takes advantage of those less fortunate than him. I, among other parents, have been robbed, in my eyes, for he still owes me money and has yet to pay it. I strongly urge you to reconsider sending your child here, there are many great options in this area this is not one of them. Its awful, if you love your child and have respect for yourself dont pay this money hungry facility a dime of your money...

I have three kids, ages 8, 7, and 6 that go to before and after care at Randallstown Kids Childcare. My youngest went there for preschool. They gave him great instructional tools that helped him entering into Kindergarten and now 1st grade. The staff is very caring and cautious about the kids safety. They also look out for the parents as well by making the daycare cost affordable especially if you have multiple children. I dont have any complaints about the daycare and my kids love it!

They are very unprofessional I stopped dealing with them a year ago and something came up where I needed documentation from them they refused to give it to me they call themselves changing their names probably from all the complaint
