Normally I have no problems here but after my last experience I will not be returning. I went in on a thursday evening to get a basic haircut. I gave them my name and was told a ten to fifteen minute wait time. I sat just outside the shop for over an hour watching the stylists go in and out to have smoke breaks. During the entire hour only one customer went in who obviously had a phoned in appointment. I was never spoken too and reassured i was going to be helped despite sitting on the bench not 15 feet in front of the glass fronted store. Even when they went in and out i was never acknowledged at all. I dont know what was going on in there but to be told a short wait time and t hen forced to wait over an hour with no apology or reassurance was just insulting. I drove 5 minutes away to a Sportclips. Was seated immediately and gave my stylist a ten dollar tip. If you want my advice go there instead. For a dollar more it is worth the price.

Went in on New Years eve right before closing for a new look. My hair was long till the middle of my back and I wanted it cut shoulder length into an inverted Bob which if your a cosmetologist you know can be a complicated cut to do. Sonja took me with a smile and so close to close on a holiday night. She took her time and did an awesome job! My hair turned out exactly as the picture and I love it! I will definitely be returning to see her again and I highly recommend her. I think I will be going back soon to get it a tad shorter with more layers. Thank you Sonja for everything !

Danielle did a great job on my hair. i couldnt be more happy with it. my hair was a more blonde than brown previously and than i explained to her that i want my hair to a dark brown and feared that my hair would have a tint of green due to the previous blonde, but she totally rocked the job and we decided on a dark mocha brown color with a hint of scarlet red ( red violet) and I love it! i will definitely be referring people to Danielle. she made sure to give me what i wanted but still gave me her professional advice to ensure what would look best. thank you so much , Kb.

I just went to get all over color and a"few" caramel hi-lites in the bang area. I asked for a med. Brown w/ a hint of red. My hi-lites are white and my regrowth is med red and the rest of my hair is BLACK! I paid 92.00 to have my hair look like im completely gray in my bangs ..... now I have to kick out more $ to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Needless to say I will NEVER go to another hair cuttery again.

Eh, your haircut definitely depends on the person cutting it here. Its inexpensive but that is for a reason! Dani is great though. Always get a good cut from her
